I didn't post a lot in 06' but I guess im somewhat older.

I don't get it, whats fun about camping for 20+ defenders? Is it just to piss people off or do you really intend on pking and dying that much? This isn't directed at one person but at all of those people that made my life hell when i logged in for the first time in weeks.

Maybe someone could create a new chat for blogscape? Or someone could create a thread to see if there is any demand for one. As for the boards, we need people to keep giving us suggestions as to what we could do to improve the community. I understand that some things can't be fixed ultimately, but some things can be prevented with moderation and a new set of rules. The star rating system Blade proposed I believe was a very insightful idea that should be further elaborated on. Maybe we can build from that? What does everyone think?

Lol, I had to write a paper today about my career field i'm hoping to pursue and how my personality type could relate to that. It was a painful paper to write considering it's due tomorrow and I'm so tired.

Exactly, tip.it is supposed to welcome everyone to feel part of the community. Rate this isn't living up to that. If you don't feel like posting a 99 skill then it just shows how bad it is. I don't mind it personally but it really is a problem if you look at it from the aspect of new forum members entering our community. Edit: I dont mind it in the aspect that I could give a ____ less what the trolls think about my achievement. But isn't it still a problem?

I wasn't trying to create a moral rule book to follow. I was trying to create a better atmosphere and community. If you posted your 99 agility achievement and I rated you 1/10 for being a wanna be Usain Bolt I bet you'd feel pretty bad wouldn't you. K, I was joking I don't think anyone would troll that hard, but you can obviously see it's a cesspool of trolling and flaming which could be turned into constructive criticism rather than being an ass.

Link? Believed to be means that i'm not stating it as fact, but people are speculating that activision wants more out of Call of Duty online. I honestly believe the next generation of gaming will have publishers charging for online multiplayer. Call of duty generates the most online activity for xbox live and as a business why would they not want a piece of the pie?

I'm going to answer the question strait forward. Yes, without Runescape a fan site wouldn't be needed correct? So if Runescape didn't become popular then fan-sites wouldn't have became as big and popular from a community stand point and from a forum member population standpoint.

I value my online friendships but I don't let my life revolve around maintaining them. If you want to try something new I'm sure they would understand.

Lately I'm busy with school work, and keeping grades up since my scholarship requires I maintain a "C" average. Yes, a "C" average isn't hard, but it sure as hell requires me to actually do my work unlike in high school when I did nothing. I go to movies and stuff but I rarely have time to hang out with my friends. They seem to be having the same problem as me keeping up with school work and end of term scrambling to complete projects. I'm basically exactly like Tripsis, I only have 2-3 good friends who I'm actually comfortable hanging with. But I disagree with the aspect of being Anti-social and Introverted. Anti-social is confused with asocial and Introverts don't necessarily hate people. Introverts can do the same things Extroverts do, but they need to recharge by being in a quiet environment. I can handle hanging out and partying but the next day I really need to relax and be alone for a few lol.

I'm far more worried about them perfecting the production of large-scale explosive devices to use against established infrastructure than I am about locations of vital infrastructure being posted online: if these organizations are even half-competent, then they will already be aware. What, two(?) bombers on American soil in the past year that have failed to produce an actual explosion? Are you referring to the Oklahoma City Bombing which was done by a homegrown terrorist? As well as the World Trade Center Bombing in the early 90's? Edit: They produced an explosion, the Oklahoma bombing killed quite a few children in a day care as well as workers. Ah, didn't catch that. There was a bomb attempt this year at Times Square but it didn't work as intended. There was also a bomb attempt on a plane :ohnoes: . Those two stories were big news here in the states. Terrorists might not be good at producing bombs but with the resources they have they sure do well at terrorizing citizens of large countries.

I think it would be beneficial to improving the community since a lot of tifers use blogscape to socialize as well as rate this to show off achievements.
