When multiple things attack you it will degrade faster, in single combat it will last much longer than 10 hours. Exact figures I'm not certain of. I need to know how much per hour I'm losing on frost dragons to decide which weapon to get Read 0xpx0's guide in the Aow, he gives some figures for you to go by. I would suggest using a cannon + rapier like he does to achieve 200 kills per hour. Using z spear you will not come close to that. You still have to run around to pick up drops though, and I'm already 99 range, I would rather train my melee while making money, plus that would have the recharging cost plus the bolts cost. I'm confused how 10 hours can last longer than 10 hours. Does it only count the time you're attacking moving the weapon, not the time between attacks when the other monster is hitting you?...or something? Best as in? It's not the best for kills per hour, nor gp/hr. Both of those categories rapier excels and is number 1 in. The only thing chaotic crossbow is good for like you said is less running around. Which at that point I recommend a Hand Cannon. Check out the guide xpx wrote for some references to the claims I gave.

Rapier > Zs by far is all you need to know.

Thats odd. Straying from the subject I downloaded the new internet explorer beta and it wouldn't even load runescape. I assume the best browser would be the client but I dislike not having tabs, which is why I went with chrome. What browser do you use Sy?

I've used chrome while playing runescape for quite some time now and have never had these issues the op is having. I would suggest clearing the jagex cache so everything in the game loads fresh. If that doesn't work then try the new browser.

I've kicked a level 139 w/ 78 DG to take a level 130 w/ 101 Dg. DG level is for ability, combat level to clear rooms/boss. And level 76 isn't quite high enough to know enough about the skill. Heck, thats the xp I get in 2-3 days. So, as far as a knowledge standpoint, I don't think there are proper "qualifications" for the author to write their article one way or the other. That is, however, my opinion. I'd kick a 139 aswell considering they are probably a bug abuser. :grin: In all seriousness I dislike dungeoneering with people under my dg level. The dungeons just don't seem to go well with people on one mind set (90+ dger's), compared to people who are below level 85 who don't know as much about the skill and techniques to achieve a good xp/hr.

If you need gp then sell the santa at worst. Hold onto the partyhats because at this rate they will be max cash apiece in the future unless Jagex intervenes. And as previously stated the only upgrade that makes sense is one that retains street value. Study the market before making any rash decisions, half wine and spirit shields would be the only things I look at if I were in your situation.

I have a routine to this. Left pocket: Car keys, house keys, jump drives on my keychain. Right pocket: Pencil, Cell Phone, change (currency). Right back Pocket: Wallet, I'm left handed but I have to have my wallet in my right pocket or It will bug me, I also have a habit of checking to see if i have it since i once lost my wallet. :ohnoes: Left pocket: always empty. ISTJ, I just did this for a public speaking class. This also ties in with social-psychology quite a bit. So who ever said who the hell cares it is actually used in education. I just wrote a 500 word paper about how I think these preferences will help or hurt me in the workplace, ect. It was also noted roughly half of the population are introverted so the guy above me making stereotypes about them is talking about a very broad group of people. I suggest looking up the definitions of each MBTI preference before jumping to conclusions also, as the names don't exactly do them justice.

The biggest aspect of castle wars that I hate now is the themed worlds. I believed those killed the atmosphere, I remember w99 and bronzeberg being dominant in most of the matches I played. I wasn't very good at that point but it was much more fun dealing with less people and I actually knew some of them.

Didn't realize that, I agree no other chaotic is useful as a first than rapier. Just too many places it shines at those levels.

I always recommend rapier but he mentioned boss hunting. He needs to give specifics of else no one will be able to give him an educated answer other than rapier is great everywhere other than those countless bosses with insane defence which maul or cls would better do the trick. Correct me if i'm wrong but chaotics shine at.. Maul : Saradomin, Td's, PVP Rapier (if maxed) : Slayer, Bandos (if not being crashed), Dk's, Frosties Ccbow : Armadyl, Td's, Dk's (prime) Cls : Bandos (shines), some PVP As you can see they all have places where they are good. If you factor in a Divine shield or Elysian it can change some weapon performance. Hopefully people with other chaotics answer because I only have Rapier, Maul, and Chaotic Kite so I can't really give personal experience dealing with the other weapons. But i can say that rapier is awesome at most places and maul hits insanely high. I haven't tested maul at many places though other than castle wars since I just recently got it.

Some will say i'm insane but if you're only getting one weapon get the average one which is CLS. You'll do well at Bandos for sure. I however suggest you get Rapier + Maul instead since they both excel at far more places on their own if you're maxed.

Not worth the risk. Otherwise, i think yes(apart from ring, obviously). Yeah I was gonna have a friend solo mage on a separate world before I try it out. I don't think I'll get ma rings for awhile. I just bought another Chaotic, not sure if I went with the best one initially but I also plan on buying the Chaotic C'bow next. Is this the best gear for multibrid dk's if you don't have Divine/ely?

45k tokens till C'bow, then i'll get chaotic kite and rigour when i feel like dging.

I can't imagine losing 3 chaotics :blink: . Now is a good time to go for 100+ dg.
