My point was for them to revamp dead content especially the beginning game for new players while the lead dev's work on a huge expansion. I believe that would be the best path to breath new life into the game. I don't want to see the same thing as they did in 2009 as that is completely a different update scheme.
Yeah I wouldn't mind a year of updating the current game via small fixes, mini-game reworks, stuff of that sort while they put the bulk of their dev's on an eastern lands expansion. It would be great for the current game as well as growth.
In my opinion the game still has a lot of life left in it. Mod Mark and the lead dev's are smart enough to finish the updates in the mainland then they will move onto an Eastern Lands expansion that i believe will be their biggest chance to revitalize scape.
If money is hard to come by for your play-style you could always get 95 and hold off on 99 until a fall. If i had to make an educated guess as to why the price has risen it would be because of botwatch, and the fact it's better money for bots to farm on 07.
I believe they are all marginally equal, longsword's are supposedly like a tenth of a percent better at certain places. I'd recommend buying the cheaper ones and focus on getting offensive gear to accompany the drygore's for maximum efficiency.
Sell Torva, buy Drygore's and Bandos. Do waterfiends if you absolutely want to waste xp and camp a monster. Slayer is the best choice though if you intend to max one day.
First high level i met when i joined Runescape was a lady who was in her late 40's early 50's. She helped me a lot when I started playing as did her more "mature" friends. All sorts of age groups play mmorpgs.
I think he meant 2 skills left till max.. :P Yeah, 2 till max. I guess i'll return to traders for those last 2 trisk pieces so i can finish up 20m+ fletch.
