i5 would be plenty for what you're doing. i7 is more for encoding and cpu intensive applications. Any idiot can build a computer though you might watch youtube videos and see that it isn't as bad as you think so you can save quite a bit of money.

i5-2500k would still be good unless you want to do video editing then getting the new line would prob be best. ASrock z68 mobo and those gpu's look fine.

I've been working so much but i'm loving the time away from home. I simply can't stand sitting around anymore so I've been working 10-12 hours a day and this week i'll have worked all week no days off. Some would hate it but i'm loving it. It helps that i work for my best friends dad who's like a dad to me as well. Tonight i'll be working a second job from 12am-3pm+ tearing down a party that I helped set up on Thursday. It took a team of nine 10 hours to set up the prop walls alone and my team of 4 is expected to tear it down and transport it. Not to mention the 50 cocktail tables and 200 chairs. I'm not sure how it's going to be even humanly possible to accomplish but I guess i'll find out tonight. Challenges are what keeps me sane i suppose. I don't usually post on threads like these but I felt the need to vent.

Their business stance has changed so much recently i'm sorta glad I quit before I invested another 1000 hours into something that could go to hell in a hand-basket tomorrow. Usually i'm optimistic, maybe i'll check back in a few months and something changes for the better but as of now i'm going to stay away as to not disappoint myself.

I bought Arma II, Torchlight, CSS and Garry's Mod for like 35 bucks.

Started playing WoW in anticipation of WoWscape. I'm sure it'll be nice considering how outdated the combat system was but so far it just seems like a dumbed down copy of other mmo's that's lacking because of Java.

I'm mage and I've been using a mixture of boosts and dps. Always have atleast a familar or imbue active. I like achron and the ice storm particularly well so i usually stick with those for dps.

What? I am level 50 and I'm doing like 1.5k DPS, sitll have to clear act 4 though. Didn't get much gear upgrades though but still... Probably going to farm the mats for the secret pony level first though, seems too epic not to. The pony level is good, each rare creature drops atleast 2-3 magics and 1 rare. Only did it in normal mode thus far but i hear nightmare loot is insane. As for my playing im at 25 hours and just completed ACT 1 in nightmare. I lost all my items due to blizzard so im rebuilding sadly.

19 hours in, I'm starting nightmare now and we're doing the secret level in nightmare as well.

Installing Win 7 on my new ssd atm then ill reinstall d3. I've been playing sporatically because im trying to not get ahead of my friend because were playing first playthrough together. It's hard to limit myself but it's making for a fun experience in vent.

The reason you cant play online is simply to prevent hacked items entering the auction house. Blizzard is taking a small cut but you can make real life money through the auction house.. I would prefer a balanced economy. I'm 10 hours in and only level 23 on normal mode. Play Diablo 1 or 2 or both.. If you like those you'll love this game.

It's so easy it's a disappointment. Definitely having buyers remorse on this. The game is pure hype. It's too easy. The graphics are like tier 2. The pathfinding is so bad it reminds me of old runescape where you get stuck on everything. Its unoriginal. I could go on, but after 2 hours of it plus lag (lag in single player WTF), i'm probably going to shelf it. Its a $20 game and if you buy shit through their pay2win auction house you are a FOOL. Did you not play D1 or D2? Everyone i've talked to who have been die hard fans of the prior games love D3 as do I.

Prob wanna start draconics at 80. I would start gathering seeds and vines and such to be prepared. I've been working on getting farming juju's and mining juju's personally while i mix in draconics for xp.

Been a good day. Took like 660k xp or so to get these levels. I did pengs/troll invasion/jot for the agility level and i did span and draconics.
