I got to 48 Con on 300k. I power bult decorative rock until 31, 500 larders until 37 then 1k oak larders to 48, you could just do 1k oak larders until 42 probably...

Yeah but I mean for running through the Abyss, so I use a little food as possible, I will still get hit a lot with my little 11 defense :-#

Try out different methods and find out which ones you prefer, but Airs are probably the fastest...
