the answers are rather obvious. the KB states that teleblock disables ANY form of teleporting, including levers, portals, ectophials, teleother, zamorak mage and so on. and the KB also states that past lvl 30 wildy theres NO way to tele out, not even with a ring of life. and the 3rd question, as the caster himself is not teleing, why would he not be able to teleother?

you dont have to recharge the staff maybe add that if you lose you god staff you dont have to cast the spell 100 times in arena again. the ability to cast a god spell is decided on the character, not the staff

about the one with the instruments: the idea is cool! now of course the instruments are a bit odd, but you mentioned the tail of my moby queen in the fotw, so i will forgive you for this time hehe now, i would have tried to make that the camera had a closer look at the boxing ring, because theyre the main feature of the fake and should be stressed, not a bit on the corner of it. i would have also tried to keep the spectators a bit away from the band, to avoid the cluttering of all the chat messages would have also made the members of the band with different clothes, but that means cropping more character images ^^the above opinions are more like a personal taste^^ you dont have to do everything people tells you to do, and you will start to have you own style. i would personally avoid fakes that need me to draw things (like the instruments) but it is up to you :thumbsup:
