what he said. then remember how shading works. shades appear on the opposite side of where the sun glows. for this deer i would use a lot of dithering for the shades, as it will give it more the furry aspect a normal deer has. the legs that are closer to the bacground should be darker as the light that would illuminate them is covered by the body. if you had a model it would be great. just keep trying and read a lot of tutorials and eventually you will succeed

actually zonorhc has a point. rs has bad graphics (no one can discuss that) so when making rs fan art you could really use that oportunity to make rs items look much cooler... and melter it seems that you take zonorhc's critics too personally. if i took every bad commentary about MY pictures as personal i would have quit tif a long time ago

yea even from here i can see the loss of image quality. JPEG filing kills pixels. never do that. and its not bad that you made a non-rs animal. pixel art is used to draw anything. well the neck has a little odd form and could be a bit longer, and the whole pic is lacking in shading. it needs some impoving but it aint that bad for a first

that is really disturbing, but somehow they have style, and the eyes aint that bad

in guthan the arms are really weird, like too thick and short, the head is way too big, the legs have a strange form (and are too much to the right like zoid pointed at), the skirt is too wide for that body and makes everything look unproportioned, the spear is irregular and far too thick, the horns in the helm are too small for the size of the helm, and theres a big lack on shading. no comments on the second but it also needs some serious improving
