i would look at the fire in destro's communist battlefield pixel, or at faelenof's sig for guidelines. if you are really desperate, look at my mage pixel sig (its a random sig, refresh until you can see it)

Paint is good enough for fakes. i have a more advanced program for other imaging work but i prefer paint for fakes. and believe me, they aint that bad (dont believe, click my siggy :P ) as making fakes is mainly copying, pasting and cropping, theres no need of an advanced program. happy faking!

i kinda like it, i like the busy feeling and the colors match good, but the font aint that good :shame:

if i made a video of me making pixels, you would fall asleep... just with the linework i do at least 2 versions of the same thing and keep adjusting it for a very long while. and anyway, whats the point of speed pixeling? taking more time will give a much better result.

its well made... well as its very simple theres not too much that can be done wrong. but still its a good beggining :thumbsup:

pandaownage, if youre using paint, when setting the font size, dont use the font sizes from the drop-down menu. simply click the number of the font size (so it gets selected) and type in 13. it should work now...

as far as i know, both post your sigs, runemetsa puts them into the first post, and then a mod makes this topic a poll.

that tree "shadow" should be dark, not the same color as the rest of the grass...

well your anatomy needs some important fixing, as the torso is way too wide compared with the arms. the torso could also be longer, for now it looks like he got a weird torso and one of the legs is way wide than the other. the hands for now have very thin and weird fingers. the sky has a very strange colour, considering that its supposed to be night as there is the moon visible. a bit AA wouldnt hurt the moon, the character and the castle. theres a lack in the texture of the floor, and i would dither in the cloth shading. the clothing needs more folds. and for gods sake get rid of the black linework :?

would you mind asking your bro what program he is gonna use to make the game? cause i only know flash to make simple games but for this one it would need a better program designed exclusively for making games

first: i am mexican, but im living now in germany. second: there are lots of people from poland here, believe me, lots. and people here are not bad against them and there are turks here. a hella enormous amount of turks here. and you know what? turks are having a great life here. they are not treated like crap. they get jobs and people dont say "omg he took a job that a german could take" they dont ruin the economy. so, leave the mexicans alone. id say very easy. my native language is spanish, and started learning english at 5th grade, but i got a good skill at languages anyway. but still, english has easy grammar and the ortography is very simple. also consider that we live in a world where websites, videogames, etc are in english, you learn or you learn, theres no other option

i am not very supersticious, just in one think, and i really hate it: you know those weird e-mails about people who died and will kill you if you dont send the e-mail to X amount of persons? well i always ignore them but for that day i am more nervous than usual and avoid the darkness at all costs. then the next day everything is ok. i know its stupid but i simply cant control it and i hate it!

Ken Follet is a GREAT author. he writes thrillers, that really make you keep reading till 4 o clock in the morning. His best books in my opinion: The pillars of the earth a dangerous fortune or you could also try the popular series. The Narnia series are written for too little children in my opinion, too simple stories, too short books. But you may like them. Or i heard also that the eragon and atemis fowl series are good, didnt read them personally, but who knows
