Funny Examines!
The puffins in the new quest "i'd like them more if they were muffins" and the boss "he's trying to kill you! less examine, more fight!" or something along those lines

6 March 2007 - Great Brain Robbery
This update rocked, one of the most fun quests i've done in a long time, almost got smushed horribly by the boss at level 90 and potted up to the max. The anchor is amazing, hits nicely looks cool (imo) and makes you run like a complete and utter nonce  This really restored my faith in Jagex, now what to spend my lamp on...

Using Air Blast at Barrows?! No way!
Any melee brother in the tunnels is a great thing, personally I favour Verac in the tunnels as it means can use freepray on Dharock (I have a tendency of screwing up safespots, but whilst this is merely an irritatant with verac, its can and has been fatal with dharock) Guthan and Torag hardly hit so its kinda wasteful but still better than Ahrim/Karil in my view.

So, they think they found Jesus' tomb...
*tries to rescue the thread from the last two replies* The Times is here :D Apparently remains were found in the casket but as with all remains found in Israel were reburied immediately after according to archaeological law in the area. Also, this stil does nothing to disprove or prove either argument. Atheists may argue that the presence of remains indicates incongruence in scripture - when Jesus may well have ascended spiritually and left his earthly shell (best phrase I can think of) on earth to "return to dust". Theists will argue that the remains show that Jesus existed and use it as proof for Christianity - Atheists will argue it could be anybodies bones, and even if Jesus' then they prove nothing as to his life/actions. Finally I find the situation surrounding the discovery suspicious, the finder being a Hollywood director who JUST found these remains JUST before his film comes out? Ringing any alarm bells? If he had found it long ago would any of us be able to keep that hidden for so long? Imagine if you found Christ's bones/Mohammed's skull/Darth Vader's lightsaber would able be able to contain it (and indeed themselves) for this long? Until I get some proof I will struggle to believe it.

So, they think they found Jesus' tomb...
Can we NOT turn this into a religious flame war? This is a legitimate archaeological discovery until proven otherwise and seeing how no remains were proved it in no way disproves Christ's Ascension if that is what you believe. Whilst it simultaneously does NOTHING to prove Christianity correct. There are plenty of other threads for religious flaming/arguing try not to let it spread to this one k? Why can't tomorrows Times be out today... I want to read more...

So, they think they found Jesus' tomb...
I'd imagine they didn't find any remains in there as it would be incongruent with his whole ascension to heaven thing. I suppose my view on this is natural pessimism, it would be cool if it was true, but with the huge number of hoaxers and profiteers willing to abuse people's faith for a quick *insert monetary unit* means that suspicion is required. As the graveyard posters would undoubtedly say "no messiah pic, no proof"

So, they think they found Jesus' tomb...
Imagine if they found DNA and cloned Jebus :P Seriously I doubt it's true but it would be fantastic if its is. Will post a more thoughtful comment later

Give me a reason to live...
There are no "wrong questions" only wrong answers. I find it hard to believe that any person can accept so easily - have you experienced this scenario? If not then it is impossible for you to understand, if you have then I am in awe at your lack of empathy. Also Satenza makes an excellent point, what is your idea of anarchy? meh, just because you can't deal with loss doesn't mean i can't.my grand father passed away 2 months ago, sure i was sad, but i didn't moarn or anything just got on with life.. dont see the point in moaning about things you cant changs :-k Irrelevant, your grandfather did not pass away due to "anarchy" presumably. I can deal perfectly fine with loss, I would have issues if it was due to a person however with either thoughts of hate/revenge presumably I don't really know. There is of course no point moaning about things you can't change, but there is every reason to react to the actions of others.

Give me a reason to live...
According to hobbit it does. 1st bolded part reinforces my last point (its your turn to die accept it move on, would he "move on" if it was a loved one dead) 2nd bolded part is where "survival of the fittest" comes in, if anarchy removes the people who are "not the new stage of human" then therefore the fittest (in any terms) must be those who survive surely?

Give me a reason to live...
explain :-k i havent you just like an idiot because you gave no explination. I can guarante you are not one of the ones more intelligent THAN me. from that idiotic post, i am right if you follow my theory you not agreeing with me does not make me an idiot. Ok here we go, a few simple questions, a yes or no answer is all that is required. Your statement is that anarchy is good as it promotes survival of the fittest? Therefore anyone who is killed through anarchy is not fit enough to survive? Therefore if any of your loved ones were killed in this anarchy you would not care as it is simply survival of the fittest? P.S. I don't feel like justifying my intelligence to you but if this thread is still open in a few hours then I'd be pleased to, i think i have the perfect way as well...

Europeans, how's the EU?
Idiocy, simply because of the Euro - the most flawed idea for a currency ever. Lots of different economies are linked by the Euro, say Germany's economy needs a higher interest rate, but Ireland needs a lower one - Pre Euro they could just adjust their currency accordingly - now they cannot. All for the sake of people complaining about currency exchange.

Give me a reason to live...
that is actually what i'm saying, you may not like it because your getting killed, you may think oo no but what if im next! i have to stop the anarchy i dont want to die, and indeed thats what you are doing, which is my whole point. Hitler didn't do that and i respect him for it. If it is indeed your turn to die, accept it, move on (or you know just die). Just because your affraid of not being the new type of person that is the next stage of humans, so therefore you stop it. So you are ACTUALLY agreeing with what i said? that you would not care if somebody killed one of your loved ones simply because "they obviously aren't the new type of person"? If you are then I do not need to make arguments, you've proven yourself wrong anyway. P.S. Also do not "people these days" on these board, there are people considerably more intelligent that you and it is not the way to encourage to discussion.
- close please

Give me a reason to live...
So your main point as I see it Re. Anarchy is that it is good because it promotes the survival of the fittest? Ok then, Somebody finds your home, they burn it to the ground killing all of your family members - are you telling me you are just going to shrug your shoulders and say "meh looks like my mother wasnt fit enought to survive" I suppose if life if meaningless it doesn't matter eh  P.S. you still haven't given me a reason why NOT live.

Life of Brian showing in a Church, your opinions?
Yep, as a christian I can find nothing wrong with the film, in fact i find it hilarious, partly because its not actually got Jesus in it - just a guy who got confused with him. Had they actually had Jesus on the cross singing "always look on the bright side of life" then yes we have an issue, but it isnt, hundreds were crucified other than Jesus so no problem for me.

Give me a reason to live...
Why live? Why not? There is an abundance of reason to live and experience life, and I will be more than willing to type them at a later date.
