Total Annihilation - I spent years playing that, and damn near cried when my new pc refused to run it, even going to the point of setting the old one up elsewhere for the sole purpose of playing it. The Commander unit was a great, original idea and has never been bettered, the community rocks too (unlike some other games cough) Command and Conquer - The NOD were cool, and very little is more fun than ion cannoning an enemy (except D-gunning with a commander in above game) Rome total war - simply for the strategy and the lack of a win all tank rush tactic. That and Romans are cool, as are chariots and catapults.

Day of Defeat > Counter-Strike Both source games were pants though :-$ yes I'm a purist.

I went barrowing during both the prayer situations, wasn't difficult at all, provided you can click once accurately it makes no difference whatsoever - the effect occurring no later. I expect its a different story fast switching in fight caves however.

@ blade = I understand the lack of facilities for it and I guess it must be annoying if that's your thing and I did always say I have no problem with the nice ones, it is only the jerks I have issue with. The deaths issue I think you misunderstood me. Say there was a death in American football/Rugby - it would most likely be due to the sport and would only hurt them (say a broken neck in a high tackle) - it was their choice to play rugby and they were aware of the risks. With the example above the motorcyclist/school children were at risk through no choice of their own and without a shred of warning - that is what I have a problem with. Skating is NOT an isolated little bubble, nothing in this world is as the effects I have described above show. Your comment about "you only live once, have fun" is also inadmissible - say I found breaking car windows fun does that make it allowable/right? "if we choose it as our skatespot then its our skatespot" = no, so so wrong.
