  1. Basically decide how many days you want to do it for - call this number N The amount of cash you should put in should be: 750k + (N x 75k) so if I wanted 10 days: 750k + (10 x 75k) ---> 750k + 750k = 1.5 mill then put it on whatever resources you need, or if going for profit go for flax, maples or coal. Personally I do 5 workers on each - all are easy to sell and the gems/nests/seeds make a great bonus. Keep up your favour it can make a sizeable difference and you MUST do Royal Trouble quest to make the most profit. Hope I helped, pm me if you need more help.
  2. Try and do Contact! for a uber fast bank as well. V.helpful
  3. Duke freedom in a cage next to you. On a serious note, I have to agree with rodyle... its not fun, but if you do, calcs/price guides is all you really need - though they can't replace basic intelligence/economic knowledge.
  4. I was just about to post that... : ~Angat14~ It gets a third vote, had the exact same problem with my desktop, personally I found my mothers make up brush an excellent cleaner (although she wasnt to happy).
  5. 1/10 just for this thread OT: cool avvy, wolfenstein?
  6. Good guide, can I suggest for the desert goat horns you use the set of 4 west of the Nardah bank. Pros - more to kill, bank on your doorstep, statue of elid to restore hp if low level cons - longer walk if you havent got carpets.
  7. ^ same, I'd kill for a chance to have been there from the start - not just for the earlier holiday drops but to experience this atmosphere and game that all the veterans talk about. But yeah, nice to see Jagex is still growing and is successful.
  8. Any decent staker can and will look up your stats before you fight - your deception idea is pointless. Also the whole guide is pretty much - get range, get range armour, stake, fight. Maybe ill rate it after pics... maybe.
  9. King Arthur - WHAT! is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow? Just bought something completely different on DVD, forgive me.
  10. Oooooo you fudging scared me then Sox; I still lurk on your blog even if I have no time to post damn cwk and exams . Hurry up I need my good luck sox back!

Even at only a relatively young 17 I've already learnt that most politicians are all as bad as one another. Personally I don't like the man, he seems intent to throw British power to the non elected EU. As Bubsa has already said the Iraq situation and David Kelly fiasco are pretty permanent stains but his smaller acts to me are just as abhorrent. Inheritance tax is still in existence Political correctness on the rise, bleh. failing NHS and education systems A benefit culture that encourages laziness Immigration stupidly out of control Finally - the man has, by his own free choice, picked John Prescott as deputy Prime minister - seriously wth. Apologies for any incorrect things, late/work tired etc.
  13. Finally somebody who actually test things before judging them. Nice work, more tests would make it more proven but the work so far has been very interesting :)
  14. Gym class heroes have also murdered under the bridge As have the all saints why cant they leave good music alone. Although apparently in the All Saints version one of the (and I use this term loosely) band members was knocked on her butt by an explosion so its not all bad
  15. Lol if you think lures are dead you might whant to re-think, what's the difference of this and the other?? rofl Same thing but you have to click a button. \ *sigh* never heard of the trade drag lure have we now; I love it when fools try to prove me wrong.
  16. Whats grade ten in Uk terms? or age, just so I can judge better. Also use faeces - it is the proper scientific term after all.
  17. 1) you use "in summary" too much for my liking. 2) It kinda sounds like you were given a writing frame and followed it to the letter? If not you have a very regimented writing style. Can't really say more without knowing what the above asked for.
  18. I shall now make the ultimate sacrifice and accept all your items and therefore bad karma so you can be saved. No need to thank me, its the nice kinda thing that I do. Off topic - anyone remember the bad karma monks of terry pratchett?
  19. Fudge all But incredibly intrigued by this fook story...elaborate?
  20. If we can have truly anything - a real life macro to do the chores and work whilst I do all the fun stuff :P not supporting macroes before i get attacked
  21. I must admit you have me there :P 17 and proud, although I did say it was another person's statement and I guess I agreed with it as during my childhood I was forbidden from things like that and did actually obey; I guess this is not always the case - apologies for the blanket statement :) . Seems I was a bit ambiguous again, my point was that people will always try out and poke holes in things (for research reasons, stupidity or otherwise) and that the ditch was implicated due to this. Sorry again for any ambivalence - work, school, football and general lateness takes its toll :D
  22. Nope, don't agree on some key points I'm afraid. First of all the comparison between the real life stove and the game is flawed (and copied from another thread if I'm brutally honest). Real life cannot ever be entirely controlled whereas Jagex can do anything in their game they have in this case not told the players not to touch the stove, but removed the stove (and therefore potential touching) entirely. Also (and this is a reply from previously noted thread that I take no credit for) any parent leaving their child around a hot stove has seriously questionable parenting skills. The wildy needed a clearly defined boundary - the pop up message occurred only once per log in and the in game signposts were incredibly poorly placed - many were in fact inside the wild, or many squares out. The "click to cross" has also killed the trade-drag lure as previously stated. Finally, to all the people shouting "OMG jagex keeps updating for the stupids" - do you really have so little respect for your fellow humans? Perhaps the anonymity of the internet is the reason for this - people are able to forget morals they would hold in real life - do you disagree with real life modifications to laws that are often to protect the weak, the uneducated or the downright stupid? P.S. does the editor realise his/her hypocrisy condemning this "ditch of stupidity" when they themselves went against what jagex specifically said and tested out the new password blocker? Man I get moody after work
  23. Mournings end was scarily easy for me :-s only failed once on the whole thing and the puzzles went easy as pie. Rat catchers on the other made me tear my hair out in frustration and throw a clock at my brother  .
  24. Judging by your sig, account ,and assuming its your main I have news for you. You are not a high level player my friend, neither am I - I'd only count a 100+ combat or 70+ non combat player to be high levelled (or around there) Kudos to teeg as well for pulling that analogy apart even more, I missed that area completely.
  25. I can't help but laugh at the "its impossible to go that far/fast" people; the same thing was said about going to the moon, going to mars, hell when the first steam locomotive appeared people refused to accept it as they thought speeds over 30 miles an hour would make your brain explode. Human technology is developing exponentially - theres a stat I cant remember about it being 1000+ years from wheel to car, but less than 100 between the car and space travel. We might not be able to reach it now, but im pretty sure in time we will be able to.
