Shades of Mort'ton Temple Building W2 -> W131
I've been doing some shade burning over the last few days and this has been a lot more successful than previous attempts at world switches Time to go back to burning :D, good luck with the switch

First the Wilderness Ditch, Now This?(May Someone Lock This)
And as always, people moan. Lets face it this update does nothing wrong to older players it certainly doesn't devalue them. To the person who had to change their pass because it was a common word then you are an idiot for having such a common pass. To Lunar drifter - say your pass was "iamsocool" you would be able to say "I" and "am" "so" and indeed "cool" just not "iamsocool" exactly as your pass is. So it helps out the stupid, so what? What do you think laws in real life are for? To protect the weak, stupid or downright idiotic from people out to get them. Also the burning stove analogy is flawed, a child will need to use a stove in later life; nobody will ever need to say their pass in game. A better analogy would be a "end of the world" button which Jagex is putting an impassable wall in front of - quite rightly in my view. P.S. apologies for any half formed ideas in there, getting late where I am.

"No begging" as one of runescape rules, good idea or not?
In the two clicks to report I could just as easily added them to ignore list. So much simpler.

And I love it :D The fact is, for every update the moaners come out: If its low levels, the high levels moan If its high level, the low levels moan If its medium level, well then everyone moans If it involves a weapon pures can use, mains moan if the pures cant use it, guess what, pures moan If is doesn't involve cabbage the OoC will moan I stand by my "not every update can be catered toward you" statement.

Pass blocking - Part 2 of Jagex's update for fools
The update moaners strike again. Oh noes they protected people from scams! They could have spent this time on another update that we would have moaned about just as much Stop expecting Jagex to cater everything to you, and we already got a nice prayer destroying mace so I'm happy. Why am I wasting time on this post, I'm going to mash some prayers at cwars.

Multi-Site Steel War 2 (May 19, 2pm EST)
No site cheated per se, but a large amount of the red cape's armour was shiny and blue if you get what I mean. Hell I came last time, and i'll come again. Also, pm a mod and ask if this can be moved to General and Gen p2p to get some serious interest in it.

RTS - Real Time Strategys
Supreme commander.... mmmmmmmm Spiritual successor to Total Annihilation if you've heard/played it, my god I loved that game.

mods please close this
No offense... but i dont think hes ur friend if he deleted u Exactly, your friend sucks, not fight pits - stop blaming the game. A huge, free for all mass riot of a combat minigame is the most fun you can have; does anybody else find this weeks tip.it times applicable to this "honour" post?

Anyone else play in game ladders/tournaments?
basically its just a gaming ladder league for CS and DoD, you enter your clan, you play clan wars and earn points depending on your performance - kinda like a football league but with guns and nades  http://www.enemydown.co.uk/ if the censors allow it

Best Time @ School?
Travelling in packs ftl, see if you have the guts to do it on your own, or if its funny when somebody turn rounds and whacks you one. OT: Field trip to slapton was great fun - topic was geography and involved rivers in mid-summer (huge play fights, dubbed river ruckuses) and a dumb [wagon] head of the centre who put the group of 10, 17-18 yr old lads (me included) in the dorms a floor above an all girls school of the same age, smart one. Other highlights include: Geog teacher taking the student who participated most to the pub with a mate (I won) Same teacher coming back from said pub another night and carrying a boy he found in the girls room upstairs by his arms (hes a big bloke) and telling him to go to bed and ehem have a "tommy tank" if hes that desperate. Gota love cool teachers eh

Tip.It Times Presents: Anything Goes
Mostly I cant comment on it, never pked with any great seriousness but I want to take issue with one part namely - protection prayers. Firstly I think the damn things unbalance the entire game and need altering, but thats another issue, in the wildy however their use is to me questionable; I'll explain this with a series of scenarios. Player 1 vs Player 2 - both mains with 43+ prayer. Using protection prayers in this situation is just damned silly, both players can use them, I'm sure both players can afford prayer pots - using them gives you no advantage (as the other can and will use them), wastes money and just makes the fight long and dull ( 0 - 0 - 0 - 9 - 0 - 1 - 0 etc) Player 1 vs Player 2, one a main with 43+ prayer one a pure with 1 prayer. Sure use protection prayers all you want, the pure sacrificed it willingly for combat levels and you will actually gain an advantage. Just in the first scenario I can see no point, can you explain why players in that situation (which the majority of w18 pking is as im lead to believe) should use protection prayer?

Real Magic (not RS magic)
You'll like this post, not a lot, but you'll like it. Of course its all trickery and not real magic, but that doesnt make it any less entertaining for me - some of those illusionists must be really smart people. kudos to anyone who gets the first line btw

CounterStrike 1.6 VS CounterStrike: Source
I was disappointed by CS:S and DoD:S. No real reason, they just didn't feel right to me.

Playing games at work/school
The current vendetta I'm having against the IT nazis at my school makes all this info verrrry interesting *laughs maniacally* Seriously though my work is so much I barely have time to finish it in school, so little or no playing games there.

Help Me Ask an MP Questions :)
Careful, the man asked for questions to ask, not debate on them. One that bugs me is the inheritance tax "Why does the government feel it is correct to claim up to 40% of a person's belongings just because they are dead" is probably a bit harsh though. perhaps "can you explain the government's reasoning behind inheritance tax?" would be more suitable, Labour have a horrible tendency to ehem ignore awkward questions. O and before I forget Striker - shut it

Worst thing you got caught doing at school!
Ok I got nothing on some of the people on this thread but: Trying to open a locked door with another person by using a 3rd person as a pseudo-battering ram (with 3rd persons permission). Stealing my head of 6th form internet settings to try and get the school internet network to work on my laptop (just made his pc crash from ipconflict  ) This third one is laughable - me and a bunch of other yr13 were playing some harmless games at break (allowed according to our head of 6th form), IT teacher banned my friend for 2 weeks  but he is a midget with a inferiority complex soooooo.
