I want any of them that punish you for ignoring them or kidnap you [bleep]ing gone. Especially: Maze, Pinball, Molly. Sandwich Lady, Quizmaster, and Drill Demon. Freaky Forester is tolerable, smack a chicken and leave, literally 10 seconds to do. The Mysterious Box needs to be removed in some areas, metal dragons for instance, where fights can take a while and there's no cover to use momentarily to solve a quick puzzle. Things like Classroom, Genie, Jekyll/Hyde (less chat clicking would help here), Strange Plant, and such are easy to do and not horribly annoying. I see the need for randoms in RS, but is there a need for them to make people pissed off when they get one? Edit: And seriously, improve the [bleep]ing rewards. I'm sick of worthless uncut gems and spinach rolls.

Two words: special attack. That is why gmaul is still used. I've NEVER seen a pure train using any kind of maul. They use dragon daggers or scimitars. Dunno where you've been.

I do apologize for what could well be a double post. You [bleep] moron, had Jagex kept the wilderness and staking there WOULD BE NO RUNESCAPE. God.... And you know what? I'd probably like 6-12 more months of economical freedom and the old wilderness than living out the rest of my rs career without them. As for the original poster, I agree with most of your points. But the bashing of the new graphics I can't agree with. A browser-based game is finally catching up to WoW now; RS looks great.

I'm going to have to disagree. WoW looks cartoony, childish, and cheap with it's on par texturing and un-proportional jagged characters. RuneScape's charters may look kind of like Gumby men, but if you take into account the dynamic character movement, the detailed texturing, and most importantly the dynamic lighting and shadows, I think RuneScape wins. lolwut? WoW has much more depth to it, and it has dynamic lighting. New RS looks good, no denying that, but it doesn't top WoW.

Exactly how I feel. Nothing in RS is challenging anymore :|

I'm VERY glad they put huge requirements for Rocking Out, the pirate series has always had high reqs. Puts more effort into getting a QP cape, and makes sure only the dedicated ones get to utilize the rewards from the quest (all the pirate quests have had awesome rewards as well, imo). As for trimming QP cape, I'm anticipating an achievement diary cape eventually. I don't mind not having my QP cape trimmed, I like it how it is :

And for those who still don't understand godsword luring, a short explanation: Person A is a godsword-user, aligned with no team. Person B is a well-equipped BH'er, with a red skull, aligned with Team 1, his clan. Person C is a friend of B, also aligned with Team 1. Person A sees B, kills them, and notices a lot of sara brews in the pile. "I can survive 3 minutes with these!" he thinks. He grabs his loot and fills his inventory with brews. Team 1 runs into the scene, and chases down Person A. Person C eventually kills A for the drop. Since A had a pickup penalty, C gets his godsword. C will sell the godsword and split it with person B within BH.

Probably just feeds laziness. Why buy a whip when you can borrow it and train for a day? Why work for a partyhat when you can borrow one to show off for a few minutes? The list goes on, I'm not looking forward to it. And plus, this isn't lending. Lending involves trust, this is a system put in because too much trust was broken before. :roll:

I really don't see why some don't consider it as a 'real' combat stat. If it helps me in combat in any way, it should affect my combat level; and summoning does. I laugh at those who say "1 Summoning FTW" because all that says is that they are too narrow-minded to try a new skill, which is pretty sad in itself :roll: I may only be a 113 without summoning, but that doesn't mean summoning hinders me. [Except perhaps in BH, where my summoning is useless but I still keep the combat levels :?]

Firemaking. What the hell is the point? QFT. Understandable, since you're unranked. :roll: If you can't even try the fruits of summoning (or hell, even see some pictures of what familiars can do for people [monster hunting for instance]) you shouldn't make a comment like that :thumbdown:

I don't think he cares, considering he camps abbies alot it would be safe to assume he's done with slayer :? Outfit 3/10, obsidian armor is bleh, get a fire cape and a rune defender imo. Inventory 5/10, use a fire staff and get bunyip or guthans for less food usage :-#

Skimmed over it, but when I read over Construction I noticed you said to use best butler possible. I heard that when doing larders/doors (oak, if it makes a difference) that the normal butler comes and goes at just the right times for banking and restocking and costs less as well. Untested by me, but something worth considering. :)

How exactly is a touchpad a limitation here? From what I've seen you're right-clicking and clicking in the same general area, and a touchpad really doesn't restrict that at all. Other than that, nice guide. I always wondered if blackjacking was actually worth a [cabbage] :P
