  1. On the route from varrock to moryania. At the starting place of the rag and bone man quest there is a limestone mine. Alternatively you can buy it from a guy in keldagrim I think.
  2. Players have done it with 1 mage. It'll just take some time. There is a safe spot for the tree spirit. So you should do well with 22 mage.
  3. Yew comp bows are 30-50k Willow and mage are both around 100k
  4. Please stop using caps with all your titles. :shame: Best time to buy a house would be either when you want to start training construction. Or when you reach 40 mage so you can use the new house teleport spell which comes availeble after you bought your house. Your house is safe to store items in. If you have a bank pin set you need to enter it before you can get in your house. And no, on a skill that costs 60 mil+ to get 99 in 1k isn't a high cost ;)
  5. I suggest you use either fire giants of the greaters in the ogre enclave. At greater you can't pick up the arrows, but the great number of lvl 3 clues will make up for the cost. Fire giants are often crouded.
  6. If the head came of you have to use the head on the handle. If it's broken you have to get it fixed at the dwarf pickaxe salesman
  7. With 1 def you can use dragonhide chaps and vambraces. (green is 5-6k, blue 15k and red and black 25k per "pure set"). Good and cheap armour is: Coif - (100-500gp) soft leather body - (100-200 gp) power/glory ammy - (8-10k/50-60k) best dragonhide chaps and vambraces - (5-25k) Normal cape/wildy cape - (50 gp) boots of lightness - (free, need to have started temple of ikov quest, no requirments to start it) No ring/ring of life (4-5k) You could also use some other items with 1 def. But they are really expensive. Robin hood hat - (4-4.3 mil) Ranger boots - (around 2 mil) Archer ring - (1.3-1.45 mil) Obby cape - (250k)
  8. Your planned inventory looks good. You should be able to do it with that and your stats.
  9. Oh, just one more thing I forgot in the first post. Use the chaos gauntless from the familly crest quest. They'll increase the max hit of bolt spells. And use a god cape for the cape spot for the extra mage attack bonus.
  10. Take normal mage armour, a fire or air staff and the anti dragon fire shield. - Take 3 sharks and 1 prayer pot (just to be safe, maging will NOT use food or prayer pots, but better safe than sorry). For 2k attacks you'll use just under 6 anti dragon fire pots, so I advice you to take 7 with you (4 dose!). As you may get randoms, and while doing a random your anti fire pot will run run out. Take a 1 click tele, a woodcut axe (there is a bronze axe respawn at the birmhaven pub) and some coins (you need 875gp to enter the dungeon and 30 for the boat ride). This is all you need really, and should keep you down there for the 2k attacks. 1 dose of anti fire pot will keep you save for exactly 6 mins. So it's best to take a stopwatch with you or something. Where you can see the time for when you have to drink a new dose. The dragons will only use there fire attacks if your more then 2 squares away from them. So just stay at a little distance and you'll be safe. Go to the large room with the iron and steel dragons. They have much better drops as bronze and there are no annoying wild dogs in the room. PS. If you need any more help, you can always pm me. I've been down there pretty often. Always used mage.
  11. You use roughly 3 to 4 laws per telekenetic point 3 nats per alchemy point 1-1.5 nats per graveyard point and 1 cosmic for 8 enchant points (that is when using diamond spell and world hopping, only enchanting the dragon stones).
  12. Yes there are safe spots on black demons. But they aren't good xp. Go for fire giants at the waterfall dungeon.
  13. still no one have answer :S Don't use them, they have pretty high defence, and horrible drops for their lvl.
  14. Yes, Robin gives +8 range attack bonus, archer helm +6 (blessed coif gives +7 and if I'm not mistaken 3rd age coif gives +9)
  15. Archer helm is around 60k. But if you use a robin you won't need it. Archer ring is 1.3-1.45 mil.
  16. The saw does NOT help when making rooms. The tea does however. I built my portal room at 48 construction with it :)
  17. Ok, just saw this happening... There's a lvl 102 player walking around, showing everyone his wealth (13m). He's wearing full Veracs and an obby cape. Someone steps up to him and asks if he doesn't have a fire cape. The answer: "I have 3 you noob". PS. For those of you that don't know, you can only have 1 fire cape.
  18. No, that doesn't make a real difference. I'm saying that there are loads of players selling iron arrows, and just a few selling bronze arrows. And therefore irons are easier to get.
  19. Use either bronze or Iron. They are almost as good, and are almost the same price (15-20 ea for bronze, 20-25 ea for iron). I personally prefer iron because they are easier to get.
  20. If you don't want to get the altar yourself just visit the official runescape forums. At the "events" part of the forums, there are always loads of players offering their house to be used by other players for the gilded altar.
  21. First of all, MAGE the boss. He has a huge melee and range defence, but no magic defence at all. Use a combination of rune and mystic armour (or splitbark armour). Stay a few squares away from the boss so it won't use melee attack and pray either mage or range. It doens't really mind which one you use. PS. Don't forget an anti poison. The range attack of the boss can poison.
