I have Paint shop Pro. Not as many features as GIMP or Photoshop but is good for simple projects.

Thanks for all your comments. I am changing the way that users upload files. I am not going to give them FTP access, I will give them a file upload script that will limit the files which are allowed to be uploaded. I will stop the upload of all [Caution: ExecutableFile] files and some other random files. The main one's which will be allowed are .html and image files. Just remeber, there is a free version of the service I offer. It has very few features, but is for the peope who can't afford the cost per month. With the premimum version, you get all the the features of the free version, and alot alot more. As for the adverts, I am going to remove the Google ad's. They are really annoying and wreck the look of the site (I was testing with it, as I said the site is still in construction). I don't know what to put on the right in place of the ad's, I will think about the site stats or something like that. Thanks for your comments. I have had this in mind for a while but look at it from my point of view. If a user signs up for the premimum version and pays for it, they have access to FTP. Access to FTP = Able to upload possibly malicious software. This way, I am continual taking payments from them, and to be honest, ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã7.99 per month is not really that much.

Thank you all for your replies. I have installed MySQL on my computer and am attempting to use the Query browser with it, however when I open it, I am asked to enter the Server host. It is on my computer. I enter Localhost, with my username and password, and it says: Error connecting to Earpy@localhost (Using password:yes) Any ideas?

I just don't feel comfortable with MySQL. I have tried to learn how to use it, to no avail. I find it hard to learn:( It's weired, I found PHP fairly easy to learn and I had no problem remebering it :)

Thats called an announcments box. The scrolling effect is achieved by using the tag. Google it for a few tutorials on it :)

One question that you need to ask yourself is do you really want to play RuneScape on a handheld? Seriously, it will be so hard to use as it will most likley lag like a snail on steroids, not to mention it will be hard to move about using the devices that you get with a handheld (most likley a touch screen). Just something to keep in mind :
