When I was younger, I had three channels to choose from. And one of them showed anime from 9 in the morning til 9 in the evening and this stuff was legit (not dubbed, just with english subs). I saw FMA the subbed version and here in Canada they used to show it in a channel called YTV. They censor the [cabbage] out of it and really messed up on the dubbing.

I had 56kbps when I first played the first version of RS (one/classic/however you call it - remember this was before every graphical update so the gfx looked way worse and the game's res was tiny) and yes, I did lag. Now that they made it prettier, I'm sure there's a higher chance of lagging because of crap connection.

YMMV. It's full of overacting voice actors, action, attractive drawings, violence, magic, bad humor - typical anime stuff. It has an interesting story.
