When you say "play for fun" I think about minigames like Barrows, killing monsters like KQ and DK and stuffs like that. I can hardly imagine you are talking about the skills. But some people doesnt enjoy killing monsters, some people enjoy training skills. I'm one of those people. It doesnt matter what skill you train, even Farming or Slayer. You raise every single skill by doing the same thing over and over and over countless times in a countless ammount of hours and that can be compared with real life work. After training skills that you like, Mining in my case, it becomes very addicting in a while and you juuust want to pass that nice ammount of xp or juuuust want that much xp to level or juuuust want the level, so you play more and more and before you know it, you are stuck in it. You've become addicted to the game. I love to play RuneScape, but I hate barrows, dk, kq and every other kind of combat. I want you to, for one month, play RuneScape in the way skillers like to (by skilling ofcorse) - NO COMBAT (meaning no Slayer either) and play for fun - without getting addicted or even being able to compare it with real life work. It's very, very hard. In other words, skillers cant play only for fun.
