It's faster to train Slayer with cannon, but you don't recieve any Hp xp from the cannonballs unfortunatly ;).

Yes it's possible, the items required are : 5 Monkey Nuts, a Monkey Bar and 1 Ground Suqah Tooth, just buy the first 2 in Ape Atoll food store, and you need to kill a Suqah for the tooth, those monsters are on Lunar Isle.

The german world (W140) is very good for rcing, there are never pkers there, W18 is also a decent option.
