The text on top is pixelly font, which is what all old consoles used, since they had none of this high tech stuffs for games... I remember playing Mario when I was like 10... :P I'm really surprised you don't know that...

He's asking as though it's a Times New Roman, Arial, font etc. It's not a default font.. It's a font designed by Jagex for the game. Find it at Bloodveld.com and click on the fakes link.
