If you hard going to hide behind pillars to heal, there's little point in rocktails, so bring pure brews/reg rests/super rests. If not, then throw a few rocktails in there. I managed to fail Nomad some 20 times, and each time was different. In the end, my inventory I beat him with was 8 brews, 2 reg rests, 2 super rests, remainder rocktails. However, I've gotten close with pure rocktail invents and pure brew invents. It varies greatly. Whatever works for you.

If you want one fast, try cannoning something. Just be on the lookout for drop piles a little farther away from the cannon. Although I also got one at AZs. They seem to have a high ratio.

Mining is one of the best ways to make money. Look in my the Mining for Profit section of my mining guide, link in sig, and go to the f2p section. You may find it helpful. You could also tan hides, as recommended above.

The 140s can hit 12s and higher. Just record the xp you get per hour and indicate your mining level, the ore you mined, your familiar, and your pickaxe. Thanks for volunteering!

That was the way the cannon was, hardly a bug if it always worked this way. Sure the way the cannon works is more logical now, but it has lost some of its usefulness. I agree. Wasn't broke, why fix it?

Good information, but where in the guide does it mention to bring a cannon? I think it's pointless to mention that the cannon is not allowed if it is not mentioned in the first place.

I don't think nests from MTK can give you raven eggs. I remember trying for an extremely long time, and getting other eggs but not ravens. Many other players have confirmed my suspicions, but perhaps Jagex has changed this since then.

Block list = Ignore list, correct? And the answer is no. Your ignore list only makes it so that a player cannot enter your clan chat and you will not receive messages sent by him/her. If you want to appear offline to them, you must turn your private chat to FRIENDS or OFF.

Pest Control requires a combat level of I think 40 to use, my guess would be Soul Wars.

Zammy bird does work, and you could always bring two familiar pouches. They're cheap anyway.

Vestments (Saradomin Vestments exist too!) are superior to the stole because you can use a fury. I wouldn't try to go overboard on trying to conserve prayer. You usually have plenty of prayer and you are profiting anyway. Focus on speed. You'd probably save just as much, if not more, prayer by focusing on faster kills than squeezing in a few minuscule prayer bonus. EDIT: Zamorak Hawk is useful as well, but having a pet is fairly cumbersome, and you lose the ability to use a familiar. A BoB could be fairly helpful, and a fighting familiar still have a good number of uses, especially finishing off weaker mages so you can move on. It's only 1 or 2 prayer bonus you're losing here, and you can always sell it back.

Hey if you need any help with farming, I'm all ears. The money issue is an extremely common problem, esp. since you're pairing it with herblore, another huge money sink. What you want to do is keep a moderate farming tempo. You want to achieve the farming requirement as late as possible to minimize the amount of money you will spend to get it. This will take a lot of planning, but for now, I will recommend pineapple/willows or maples, in addition to herbs/marigolds for profit, and perhaps also farm strawberries. For herblore, cleaning the right herbs can profit and yield a decent amount of xp. You should try that. If all else fails, you could spend your penguin points on herblore. Do not forget that some slayer monsters give MORE slayer xp than their hp, meaning that the previously used ratio will contain a margin of error if you use it to calculate.

There are actually 2 logout timers. One of the 5-minute timer, previously the 2-minute timer. This one logs you out if you are inactive. The other one is ~6 hours, as the OP stated, and it logs you out if you have not logged out since the timer started going down. Every time you log out, this timer resets. I do not know if it's an unconditional logout, but some people say it is, meaning you'll get logged out even if you're in combat.

Well the data is fairly hard to get, and with so many familiars, I doubt the table would be worth the effort.
