  1. Interesting! However, I wouldn't do that, as it would be a full hour of effort. How about you spend much more time to get requirements, which would both help your situation and benefit your playing experience? Or you could gradually transfer that amount over a few hours/days so you can accomplish other objectives/enjoy the game in between.
  2. Haha, well at least you figured it out!
  3. If you are adamant on getting money, you could alch or sell to general stores.
  4. Zamorak Vestments are titled under "Zamorak Robe" ingame. You want the Treasure Trail reward, bottom half. Not the bottom half of the pure red one from Underground Pass. Zamorak Vestments are red and white and their examine clearly labels them as "vestments". Do NOT use a zammy book, the rune defender is far superior. You are only sacrificing 1 or 2 prayer bonus by switching from Prossy legs to Zamorak Vestments, while going from a zammy book forfeits a lot of attack and strength bonus.
  5. Addy bolts is really cheap, but by no means the fastest reasonable xp. Platebodies accomplish that.
  6. Can't say this is the best way to do it, but it's an interesting and very convenient way.
  7. Also, wear Zamorak Vestment bottoms.
  8. Keep mining pure ess for now. If you ever need anything greater, I'd look into raising a skill like Runecrafting.
  9. Very informative, thanks! :)
  10. Powerslaying at any level generally profits. Keep in mind you can also buy slayer dart runes with your points to further increase your profit.
  11. I second bladewing's response. It depends as much on what you kill as how you kill it.
  12. And assuming you are a member, I would agree with slayer. Find yourself Zarfot's guide or another high-level guide and buy necessary equipment as you go.
  13. Giant Spiders top ~40k, but again, you might want to go to roaches for the money. Although there's no comparison to giant spiders in f2p in terms of just xp.
  14. Green dragons are about 400k-500k per hour, right? That's pretty average, so something like barrows would average higher.
  15. It's based off too many factors for anyone to give a solid number. But if you actively participate each game, you will always get more reward credits than investment credits, even if you lose.
  16. :s. guess I was wrong. I wasn't able to when I tried a while ago. My bad.
  17. A trick with the cannon is that if you are not getting hit by any monster, the cannon will attack EVERY monster it can, even if it's single combat! In that sense, every area is effectively "multi-combat" for the cannon, provided you can get to a safespot. So to cannon lessers, go any place with a few lesser demons and go into a safespot. You can proceed to range the lessers while your cannon fires away.
  18. The one thing about members, however, is that you can go through games much quicker. So f2p is easier and safer, and therefore more beginner-friendly.
  19. Did you use EE or SGS? Did you use Sara Brews/Def pots to boost your defense?Whenever I've killed them in void, bunyip has always been absolutely fine for me.
  20. Higher prayer levels give you more ppoints per ppot dose, so it save you a little bit of money. Herblore is -20gp/xp at best; prayer is easily -20gp/xp or under. Herb is the more expensive. At 88 herb, you can make ext att and strength using only greenman's ale. If I need extreme ranges, +4 isn't TOO rare... Cleaning herbs is very impractical - it's too hard to get grimy herbs 1. Right, I think it was in the mid 90s where you get 23 ppoints per dose over 22. Doesn't save very much money. 2. I believe prayer potions are below 20gp/xp, and also remember you buy 2 items and sell 1, as opposed to prayer where you only buy 1 item. So the more patient buyers/sellers can reduce the cost further 3. It's not too rare, but it's uncommon enough to be impractical to make them in large amounts. You'd go through your potions too quickly, and personally I don't believe it's worth it. 4. Buy dwarf weeds, etc. Isn't hard to buy; isn't hard to sell.
  21. Great! Thanks for your contribution! I'm planning on breaking down all the xp rates soon. If you could test another method, that would be great, but atm I don't think it's necessary.
  22. I have just talked to Clivet and I've reobtained my Hazeel Mark, so yes, you can get it back. I was wrong earlier, my apologies. However, it would seem that if you sided against the cult, you could not get it back. Although, perhaps killing Clivet would help?

Ice burst rock lobs. 1 trip will get more than enough xp, and you'll get a lot of hp and charms that the price is 100% worth it.
  24. GOP is one of the best f2p moneymakers. You can make ~130k/hr if you buy water talismans and win 50% of the time. Rune mining and "merchanting"/investing, of course, would be the best if you have the skills (in both senses of the word). You could also play minigames. Just so you know, the best FOG player in the world has over 310k points. The second best player is also over 310k and is nonmember. There's only ~200 or so difference in points between them, and f2p FOG is MUCH easier. I have never lost a game in f2p FoG, while I've lost a few in members before.
  25. Titan really isn't required. Bunyip will be fine.
