If an item is being merched, I have always stayed away from it. I would just buy maples, or if you are adamant on getting fast xp, maybe even magics if the price gets high enough.

A note on Brim Agility, you can roughly double the xp/hr you get if you can successfully pass the spinning blades a few times in between tickets. Remember to use your karamja gloves as well!

Mole I see no problem with, except perhaps the light source issue. You'd have to release them somehow, and skills are out of the question. That makes the candle seller in Lumby swamp the only one and tbh I don't think that's emphasized enough to prevent all the complaints. KBD I see a big problem, namely the poison. F2P should not get anti-poisons. Otherwise, I also see no problem. Would be a nice challenge. In addition, you should beware not to make f2p become a "recycling bin" for underused members content.

Shilo is completely obsolete due to the overwealming superiority of Barbarian heavy rod fishing. Monkfish are about 35k-40k per hour if I recall correctly.

Sliske is all over the place. He's mentioned in many quests/stories, but never actually plays a big role (outside of the Barrows story).

Did you convert from a jpg to a png? If so, it would still cause a loss of data. Unfortunately, if you do not have a bmp or some other sort or high-quality image of that saved, you'll most likely have to retake the image. Sorry.

Dragon bones alone are like 130m. Herblore to 96 could cost you only 70m but that would be with making serum 207. Imo just max your prayer level. Fast and afkable and very helpful. Well, you could get 95/94 and use boosts. That saves a few million. Also, those last 4 prayer levels are absolutely useless. It's much better to spend that money on herblore.

Can't really give you an answer to that since it depends on how often you fail too. But wildy is still the best xp per hour of the courses you can train on. Maybe someone else can give you a rough estimate to the xp/hr. I would place my finger on around 30-35k xp/hr. If you are feeling CONFIDENT, you COULD try Ape Atoll, but honestly I would not recommend it until at least 72/73.

Could get 96 herb + 95 pray with that money AND have a lot left over for something else. I would definitely do those.

Look them up in the Item Database. If you can get it back somehow (ex. silverlight), throw it away, unless you use it on a regular basis (ex. ectophial). If you can't get it back, keep it (ex. Bone Key), or throw it out if you have no use for it (ex. Turkey Book).

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can use the terrorbird there. But beware of revs. Maybe bringing some Spirit Wolf pouches and howl scrolls, just in case. You would need to use it in the Multi-Combat part of the course, don't forget.
