It lists cash per hour, but doesn't list xp per hour, although it does list the stats you receive xp in.

Just so you know for your future reference, you could have asked a mod to move your old topic instead of reposting :) I suppose this is a viable method for special instances. It IS a lot less clicking than alching, but there's no doubt that it is far less effective. Do you have specific numbers on the hourly cost and xp?

I assume the second round is starting? In that case, when are you free to play, soma? I have a few hours tomorrow morning (which would be around 9-12am EST, or around 2-5pm GMT).

I have got a record of 180 Sharks (give or take 10) in an hour. At todays prices that is 271K Honestly i would really like to see Flesh Crawlers make 271k per hour. I never tried them Ok, more or less the same, fleshies are 250k-300k last I heard. This is due to all the herb drops and such. If you are f2p, the conditions change a little, but not by much. Mining gold is a much better option.

But take into the account its lackluster speed and the fact that the 200 can only be acheived on monsters.

Well the profit per ess is 239, so that's about 21k ess. You can craft around 2.2k ess per hour if you focus.

Ok so a little under 10 hours, around 9 hours I'd say.

The best method to kill them is to cannon while ranging. Go into the middle room of the Waterfall dungeon and make sure the door is closed behind you. You will be using the door safespot the entire time. Set up your cannon slightly south of the East end of the table in the center. Load and fire the cannon, then go into the safespot. Range away at the closest giant. After a few seconds, your cannon will begin to treat the area as MULTICOMBAT, so it will fire at every fire giant within its range, even though you are attacking one. The cannon will not attack another person's giant. If you are hit by a giant, the cannon will focus on the one that's attacking you until you return to the safespot or otherwise leave combat. While you are actually ranging, just bring the gear mentioned above. It will do fine. Don't forget ranging potions and prayer potions (you want to pray the 10% range prayer). As far as food goes, you might need 4 or 6 monks if you are a lower level, but other than that you won't need much food. For the brief period you'll be under fire, you could always pray melee if necessary. It should only drain about 3 prayer points. This is the fastest way to kill fire giants.

Fishing isn't really a good moneymaker. At all. Ever. There are always better options. Hell, even FLESH CRAWLERS give more gp/hour than the best fisher could (outside of Cavefish/Rocktails).

Well yeah, you are doing 45 runs per hour. Easy to calculate from there.

10-15 hours is my best guess.

On the subject of teleporting to a house, you have 3 good options: 1. Dust runes + Law Runes: Very cheap and time efficient, but you lose 2 inventory spaces 2. House tele tabs: Quick, but 1 space lost and is also quite expensive, 3. Slayer Ring teleport + House located in Polly: Rather high requirement, and slow, but each teleport only costs about 30gp. No inventory space used either, if you equip the ring. Your choice.

The damage is damage by players, correct, and not by monsters? Also, the payoff you get should not exceed the standing value of your opponent's risk.

I second this, between the BSS and Rune defender, you don't really need anything else.

Crafting astrals and going through the death rift when repairing pouches will give you 30.4k xp and +799k cash per hour. Taking off 2% gives a final rate of 29.8k xp and +783k cash per hour. But assuming astrals are 230gp and pure ess is 210gp. This also takes into account all the costs in teleport runes, energy pots, etc.

You could do barrows, as that is apparently good again. To get the gear you need, you should Runecraft or Mine Gold.
