Maybe you shouldn't have done anything risky when you knew you had parental controls and you know you get kicked off the internet at a certain time?

Child abuse is everyone's business. Too many people in the world are too self-absorbed to get involved when there's an obvious problem. And a parent who plays Runescape 15 hours a day every day is a problem. Yes, actually, we were. That's what the thread is about, and what the post was that I replied to. I already said that I didn't think there was anything wrong with the occasional binge of Runescape (or anything else). The problem is addicts who go overboard. Perhaps you should re-read the thread. Actually, I didn't insult you at all. Again, I suggest you re-read the thread and point out specifically where I "threw insults" -- you won't find any. Most RS players are not adults with children. And they don't understand very much about parenting. If you actually do have children, well, that's even worse. I was actually trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. How in the hell do you know if this person is a parent? Quit making assumptions without material to back it up. What are you using to pull the data from the Runescape website? Objective-C? I used C# to do so (Used Visual Studio 2008). I am learning Obj. C and C++ so I can write multi-platform applications. I used C# to pull data then vb to actually parse it using reg-ex. Hopefully in a month or two I will have learned enough to do some basic Iphone applications.

The "developer" could be one who works for Jagex? They never specified a different company.
