F2P Members bank
Me likes. I've also heard of a suggestion in which you give a dwarf all your member items when your membership ends. Anything to let former members keep their items is good.

Ask a stupid question, get a SMART answer!!
Techincally, there's a medical condition in which you age 4 times as fast as normal...So the answer to darkmage's qestions is about 18. And for your question, it depends on where in Al-Kharid/Fally and where in Varrock. I think it's possible to run from the Toll Gate to Varrock on one fully-filled F2P run meter. And it could be a former P2Per with 99 agility. Mt question: Why am I asking a question?

You mean the "noob duck" one? Jwrm? I've seen him... What is 1+1?

Ever heard of typos? Besides, isn't "Free Stuff Please" as bad as "Phr33 St00f Pl0x"? And there are millions of different ways it could be spelled wrong...And this would completely eliminated "plz". they already have in some places Some whats? Typos? Censored words that are typos? when noobs say phr33 st0ff pl0x I think they do it so you will hope u will notice and take pity on them. That has nothing to do with what I said. Why don't YOU try reading instead?

New Spell: Custom Teleport
I'll support...If it requires 500K of each rune. Seriously...Even with a level 99 requirement, it wouldn't be made. There are already a lot of transportation methods, and a lot of places that methods can bring us.

What makes you "different"
I'm half flat-footed. One foot is flat, the other has a curve. My BMI is about 15.5. Although I'm Chinese, my eyes aren't the typical East Asian eyes. I think it's called inner eye-fold or something.

I'll give it to you for ****! What's that *****? Can I buy that, ******? Those words are used for many more purposes than "free stuff please".

New Update Survey
Area Sounds: ?/10...I play on Low Detail and on Firefox, so I don't have sound...I'll probably test it out soon. Emote Screen: 8/10. It would be better with the names of the emotes somewhere. Orange Text on stats page: 5/10. Orange isn't that much different than yellow. But I'm used to yellow... New Equipment Page: 3/10. The close up saves this from getting a 0. I don't want to click a button just to see how much strength bonus my rune scimitar gives. OR how much the 17 raw chickens win. Run Button: 3/10. I'm sort of used to it, I'll be clicking the person instead of the circles. Maybe CTRL sometimes. Lumbridge Bank: 5/10. Cooking=Easier. The best range is only two floors under a bank. Seriously...Don't you think that it would make cooking easier? And it's not like newbs need to bank, they don't have that many items. Compass 9/10. Looks much more realistic. Rune Boots: 10/10. Woot! I can hit 11! Free Lumbridge teleport: 8/10. It won't kill law runes, it won't kill PK-ing. I think 1 day would be better for the timer, but oh well...

Who honestly likes the update?
Lumby is now extremely popular... Well, I've tested out a few things, so I'd like to make a few more comments. 1. New Free Teleport- Nice animation, lol. But yeah, the 30 minute rule is good, along with the fact you can't use in while in combat. So it hasn't ruined PK-ing, it hasn't ruined the price of law runes, it hasn't done anything too bad. But I think Jagex should change it a little, some people might confuse it with "Teleport to House". Yes, they could just wait for the animation to end, and teleport to their house from Lumby...But oh well... 2. Tutors- Very helpful. The only one I haven't talked to is the smithing one in Varrock. I now feel like a newb again, with a training shield and sword, along with a training bow and arrows. The amount of "newbish" questions should be reduced now... 3. Bank in Lumby- I'm kind of split on this one. The main use of the Draynor bank was for willows. But two things the new bank have affected are cooking and flax spinning. It is now the closest spinning wheel to a bank. And for F2P, it's a bank not that far away from the Lumby range, the best range in Runescape. So yes, it's made some things easier. But it hasn't destroyed the purpose of Draynor bank. So I think it's more good than bad. 4. No Lumby swamp shortcut + Lumby swamp mines update +New fishing spot- This is one update I don't like. Stick the mining tutor in one of the Varrock mines, since the smithing tutor is nearby, and mining and smithing go together. Stick the fishing tutor in Draynor, it's not that far away. Anways, the mine update is kind of bad...Yes, if they left the high-leveled rocks there, the new bank would have made it kind of easy. But some people that mine there have done RFD, so it's not like it really matters...At least the mine is closer to Draynor bank than before, so it's good for the people that haven't done RFD. 5. New Interfaces (Options panel)- Blech. At least you can click on the icon to turn it on and off. And the House Options now showsthe number of rooms you have. But other than that, no good. 6. New Interfaces (Emotes)- Good for the non-English speakers. The simple ones like clap shouldn't have been a problem, but it's still good. Besides, not that many people use emotes, and if they do, it's usually the same one over and over. 7. New Interfaces (Worn/Wielded Items menu)- This is one of the worst parts of this update. Seriously, was there a reason for this? Now, you have to use this to figure out how much weight you're carrying. But the only thing that affects is running. So shouldn't the "run" option be with the "weight"? The only reason I can think of is that it was too small. 8. New Interfaces (Attack menu)- Another bad part of the update. There is no point in this. Once again, the only reason I can think of was that it was too small. Keep the Auto-Retaliate there, but make it as close to as it was before. PLEASE. 9. New Interfaces (Everything Else)- Orange text? Not too bad, but I think yellow looked better. I don't think there's anything else... 10. Signposts and Fritz- I like the signposts. I don't know if there are any new ones, but hopefully, it'll prevent people from getting lost. And Fritz is cool, I love monkeys. Oh, and the boot update was good, my rune boots are now a lot better...The new grapple is pretty much pointless, but oh well...

27 September 2006, Skill Tutors
There's an "article" about it in the KB. Mikasi is a runecrafting tutor. Sedridor can also be counted as a runecrating tutor, I guess. Nemarti is also a fletching tutor, so that's good for new members. There's a woodcutting tutor south of Lumby furnace. There's a bank tutor in Lumby castle. I don't know what there's to teach about banking, but apparently, there's enough to make a tutor for it.

Faster Spinning than Seers
The bank is members only I've known this for a while but just didn't want to share :anxious: Or I was just too lazy :D This topic is talking about the new bank. So you couldn't have known about it for a while. Happy has a point, the best range in Runescape now has a bank very close to it...A F2P one...

Faster Spinning than Seers
Thanks for the advice! I'll probably stick to Seers as there's no flax field near Lumby. But I might try this out...

unique things accounts are created for...the list goes on!
Some people also create accounts for scammers. There are a lot of level 3 scammers, and most of them have a higher leveled character. Doing updated quests. I don't know if that counts as questers, but many people have created new accounts to do Romeo and Juliet and Restless Ghost. Lowest _____. Fill in the blank with pretty much any goal you can think of. Lowest party hat owner to lowest owner of 100M+, some people create accounts for it. I guess they're kind of pures.

Instead of using 2 mouse buttons (right click), you can use just left click to do anything. It basically does the same as right clicking everything. Why do you ask this now? That option has always been there... Well there hasn't been an option for turning it on (or off)...And before, the only thing you could do with left click was the first option when you right clicked. So now, if you turn it to one mouse button, you can left click and a menu will pop up? Oh, and I have a feeling that there will be a drop trading soon...(People will create multiple accounts, get each of them a lot of runes, and drop trade them. Then, they'll take all the air runes and selll them. I know Jagex was trying to help newbs out with that part of the update, but I guess no update is perfect.)

Thanks new rune boots
That's probably the best update of the bunch that came today. I can now hit 11 with melee! Yay...

I agree with pretty much all of that. Add labels for pretty much everything, including the emotes and the options panel. I still don't get how the mouse buttons thing works, can anyone explain? So, 9. Add labels for each thing on the game options panel. I'm probably not going to be able to remember which one is chat effects and which one is split prvate chat. 10. (Addition to 8) Switch the combat/attack panel back, orange text if you want. But keep auto-retaliate there. I personally think this was an un-needed update, which Jagex spent time on. That time could have been spent on other updates which would probably be better.

Can you say "gluff"?
What I used to say: Scimitar- Skim-it-ar Glough- Gl-ow. "Ow" as in the sound you make when you get hurt. Yanille- Yan-Ill

Who honestly likes the update?
I hate it. Why orange? I think yellow was better...And the new combat interface thingy stinks. You have to wait a few seconds before figuring out which option will let you train defence. And I don't get the equipment stats thing, why does Jagex feel like there's a need to make it a button? Was it too small? Seriously, it makes it harder to see which armors are better...And I'm sure I'm going to click the "Free Tele-Lumby" sometime when I think I'm teleporting to my house. Also, the running thing is dumb. The button is smaller now, I don't get the point. Same with all the other buttons. And the emotes? At least they show you what you do when you use them. But I don't really care as the only emote I've used lately is Bunny Hop, which is obvious. New designs- 1/10. Probably the worst update since pure essence. Bank in Lumby- 3/10. Call me an arrogant member if you want, but I don't like it. The newbs can't find a bank? Too bad! It's not like they'll have that many items to store for a while. Guides- 8/10. At least the "I died, give me phr33 st00f pl0x' will probably stop for a while...And the information they give is pretty much an ingame KB, for all the newbs who don't know about the KB. I'm probably going to use the "New teleport", go to Lumby, talk to each guide, get the new training items, and use the bank, when I get time.

Small changes that would make Runescape a better place...
Doesn't really matter, I have a rune scimmy. And I plan on getting a Yes, they're huge. And they're all bones. Why not, prayer is too hard to train on F2P IMO. Like what? Click on the monster every time you want to attack it? I won't support this part unless you give an example... Most people that cut normal trees are low-leveled woodcutters. Meaning they aren't that skilled with an axe, so they just randomly hack at the tree. Chopping off all the branches and potential logs into small pieces. From fish, maybe. A new type of bones called "fish bones" would be cool. But for chickens and cows, they already drop bones when you kill them. So when you kill the animal, you manage to hack out the bones from the meat, although the image of a raw chicken shows some bones. Does it really matter? I wouldn't really care, but why not... The point? There probably isn't one, but oh well...Why not... Two words. Too easy. Yes, it's only going to be one extra thing made, but it can add up after a while. Especially the XP. Oui oui! And also for runes too. Maybe during the god wars, almost everything in the wilderness disappeared. Including buildings. The only point in this would be more safe spots for rangers and mages. I NEVER PK, but I do go to the Wilderness for other reasons, so no to this suggestion. Once again, it makes maging and ranging easier. In the wilderness, NO. In other places, maybe. Yeah, show the consequences of drinking alcohol. Don't drink and drive! Don't drink alcohol! Don't do drogs! Don't smoke! Sounds like my health teacher...I guess this would be an interesting addition... Ooh, crocodiles? As a tribute to Steve Erwin, it would be interesting. But I don't really see it happening, didn't the wilderness graphics get updated not that long ago? Okaaaaay....Imagine Karamja...This guy lights a fire on the dock, where there are a lot of people. Screen is filled with "Ouch!". Well, there's the forum smileys. Yes, F2P can't use them. Maybe... Is this a suggestion? Or just a random thing you decided to put?

advanced teleporting
How about no? Seriously, do you want me to name all the types of transportation there are, and where they can bring you? (Please say no...)

Mage Armor for F2P?
Why do you want this? Is it because you think the combat triangle is unfair? Guess what, it's actually pretty fair. If mages get another type of armor (robes...), then it mages would very likely be better than range and melee. I guess it's time for me to make my lists... I'm doing this without looking at P2P items. And the "hits" are compared to other types of combat. The numbers are the rank. Melee Low Levels- Hits low (3) Medium Levels- Hits medium (2) High Levels- Hits high(1) Cost- Cheap (est) (1) Armor- Good against two types of attacks (1) Range Low Levels- Hits low (3) Medium Levels- Hits low (3) High Levels- Hits medium (2) Cost- Medium (2) Armor- Medium against all attacks (2) Magic Low Levels- Hits high (1) Medium Levels- Hits high (1) High Levels- Hits low (3) Cost- Expensive (3) Armor- Relatively good against one type of attack... (3) Total- Melee: 8, Range: 12, Magic: 11 Yes, I guess melee has an advantage on F2P, but not on P2P. On P2P, mages have the Ancient and Lunar spells, so I'll lower them to 8 as they also have better armor. Rangers have cannons, throwing azes, magic bows, etc. Also more types of d'hide. Brining them to a 9. See? The combat triangle is fair enough on P2P. Oh yeah, mages also have enchant spells, bind and teleporting spells. I guess I'll make them 10 for F2P. Yes, I admit that the F2P mage armor sucks. I'll admit that a new type of mage armor would be appreciated. But what do you want? Some sort of metal? A new type of robe? Zamorak robes could be turned F2P, although F2P could only buy them from P2Pers. But tell me, the main reason that F2P mage armor sucks is to make the combat triangle fair.

why?
I'm guessing that there isn't telother Varrock and Ardougne because those are the two main cities.Varrock and Ardougne combined have pretty much everything you need...A teleother might make it a lot easier...
