These planes use the highest possible stealth technology for them due to them having only 1 use, deploying droppods. Infact all they can really do is fly, land and deploy the droppods. Even if they do not survive my drop pods will. The planes are flown at great heights to keep them safe, then they deploy the droppods and return to Australia. Have fun shooting the droppods, the only thing to slow them down is drag, and whatever they land on. They will reach terminal velocity before you could possibly get a lock on them. So, you've magically developed stealth technology in a day? Hmm. As well as a missile shield, hmmm. I still stand by my post, the majority of your planes have been shot down. We are a country made of Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Belarus. You'll have to talk with Russia then. I haven't touched any of those countries. And you should've said something when I posted the maps (probably around 5 or 6 so far - each one that didn't include those countries as part of Finland).

Not necessarily. Part of saving lives is timely care, right? Remember my MRI example from before? That's the kind of "timely care" sociallized health care has brought people in my country/province. FYI: No hospital in the states can turn you away if you need life-saving medical care. There is legislation in place to prevent it. They may send you a bill afterward, but they will help you. If getting your MRI was necessary to save your life, you would've been put at the front of the line. Non-emergency medical procedures take some time to be processed through, but its not a big deal unless you're really impatient.

More stuffs: Several other countries in eastern Europe have surrendered to my armies, and their territory is being assimilated into T4R. Denmark has offered Greenland in exchange for peace, which I have accepted. [hide=new map][/hide] Bah. I forgot to update Brazil German troops are moving from France into Spain. Reserves are being brought up from Germany to be stationed as garrisons in France to combat any partisan activity. Population of German controlled land is now around 224,000,000.

Um. You managed to raise 10 million troops and construct a missile shield within a year? In terms of ratios, that's the equivalent of me saying, based on how big UK's army was before the game, that i raised an army of 300 million troops in a year. Not to mention that if that was in any way realistic he would have German and Russian troops crawling all over him by now. It took my around 6 years to raise roughly 6 million troops to "acceptable" levels of training. My military sits at around 14 million atm, but most of those still have no training and are little more than militia and garrison units with crappy equipment (oh yeah, supplying those troops with weapons would be quite the task as well Sere). Anyways, German troops have just about reached the port cities, and are rounding up civilians for decontamination. Any that show remote signs of the virus or are aggressive are immediately shot, and their bodies burned to prevent infection.

I think Bulgaria just wants to get away from the crazy Germans. After losing 120,000 troops from the 4 months battle for Luxembourg, German troops have finally broken through Luxembourg's last line of defense, and are storming west as fast as possible to the ports. All planes in the German air force have been scrambled as well, with hundreds of Germany's new fighter-interceptors engaging Lux's LAARTs, and fighter-bombers destroying troops positions along the main roads that would impede German troop movement toward to ports. Race? How many people are going to be still waiting for pickup when the German's get to the port-cities. Up to you really Rpg. (feels a lot like Dieppe)

The virus is being contained fairly effectively, as anything infected is being killed by my soldiers and airborne birds shot down by auto-turrets erected along the line. The only place for it to go is across the channel into Britannia, though that is highly unlikely. You might want to set up some of your ships to shoot and kill birds over the English Channel though, Sere.

makes me sad :( I liked being in Europe. But certainly they would have lost something in my small counter attack. It's not like they went unscathed. LAARTs have been ordered to burn and destroy everything in France/Belgium/Vatican/Luxembourg on their way out. Yes, this is effectively what the Russians did to the Germans in WWII. Sieg Heil Germany! German forces pushing heavily against the retreating Luxembourg army. Heavy losses are being sustained attacking Luxembourg's remaining line of defense in the hope of breaking through before the majority of Luxembourg's army gets away. The troops that retreated from the assault on Vatican City have landed in Southern France and are now marching with as much speed as possible (eg a snail's pace - they're all infantry) north.

Why would you surrender to Russia but not me? :( Scientific Military research :P Hm. I have to find out a way to find these unfindable things then... There's that big alliance that's currently active. It does bode well for me though that the US and China were destroyed - two of the world's biggest super powers at the start. I don't have any plans for world domination though, I just want a big power-base in Europe so I can have the production to produce space craft and whatnot on my own without relying on Brazil.

They were there before I declared war though, and you never mentioned them moved to there, that's all. I only have control of a large part of Poland, and tiny parts of France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary. It'll take me a while to overtake the other countries. Hm..

I have a question though...why are all your spec ops troops in the Vatican City? *shrugs* Bulgaria seemed to have dealt with the disease in a couple days without any problems. 500,000 of my troops have been given gas masks and full body suits and are being stationed along the line of territory not currently infected as a precaution. Though, I'm not quite sure how such a massive air bombing only managed to take out 1 hangar of LAARTs... More than acceptable for the losses : Your soldiers are going to have to hurry if they plan on getting to Luxembourg, as that arrowing leading into France isn't composed of tourists out to go have a picnic :P. Hm. That's alright considering my new fighter-interceptors have been kept for the battle for Luxembourg. Your LAARTs will be in dangerous waters if they venture too far into German territory. And my men are being moved through the tunnels btw, so I don't know what your artillery is hitting. We are shelling into Luxembourg's capital in response. Unless of course someone decides to crash a spaceship into the planet :P

There's no guaranteed, granted. However, there's no guarantee that the Brazilian Empire would not have invaded you eventually, or the Iran/Jerusalem/Luxembourg/Venezuela alliance. The whole thread is about politics really, you just have to ride the winds and hope for the best. However, I would say that you're getting quite a good deal here. Considering that you're coming in around 10 years behind in tech, and have a military strength around 1/20th of what I have, a guarantee of independence is almost unimaginable. Also, your annexation of Iceland is not going to happen now though, considering my forces are fighting for control of the island right now. Considering that we have our own ambitions to make Britannia a legitimate superpower like it once was, we may consider some sort of deal. However, knowing that your politics revolve around deception, we need more benefits brought onto the table. You could have considered a pact similar to one that Germany formed during WWII with Japan, without of course, the deception that you committed against the USSR. Although some ideas are out on the table, no formal decisions will be made yet. True, and that is quite apparent by your push to bring back the old colonial era United Kingdom, we could talk perhaps. Politics always revolve around deception though; what would be considered a knife in the back in other lines of work are considered a frontal attack in politics. It is unfortunate that such deception happened, but the maskirovka was somewhat necessary to ensure that my military could prepare for war without drawing in too much suspicion. Contact with other nations to form some sort of rough alliance were also very risky, considering the first peep of it to one of the countries we have attacked would've meant they had time to prepare proper defenses. However, I did leave quite a few clues lying around for people to find if they looked hard enough. The biggest one was of course the fact that I conscripted 14 million troops into my military, that tensions seemed to rise between me and Russia out of pretty much nowhere (a war over a plane? hehe), the little 'sad' smiley left after I said 50,000 of my troops were lost in a storm (since I had previously stated when me and Somalia had a little fighting that I didn't care much about my citizens at all), and then the final piece was that when I took over Germany I named the leader as Lahtor Field, which actually unscrambles to Adolf Hitler. I have made no assumptions on whether or not my attacks will succeed, except in the case of non-player occupied countries (since these are stuck 20 years tech behind, and assumed to be at the military strength of the present day IRL - eg. useless to combat the new European superpowers). That said, I have conquered no-one yet, except parts of Poland (but that was a guarantee as hundreds of thousands of mine and Russia's troops were already in Poland). I will have fun crossing names out from my signature as they fall, though.

Iran has the option of declaring war or not. They're allies of Luxembourg so I'm assuming they will join the war against me and Russia, but the option is there for them. If they do then their troops I have prisoner will be executed though.

A truce sounds good. Well, technically its not a truce, but more of a non-aggression pact. And, though Germany has in the past had a less than stellar record with non-aggression pacts, it will be held up on my end. Oh and Holland, I haven't declared war on you. But if you start building up your military I will (it would be breaking our peace treaty if you did).

No, they're pointed at countries that have a high probability to interfere. The Brazilian Empire is too isolationist to even remotely consider getting involved in a European war, so the weapons are not aimed at you. Anyways, I don't think you have any spaceships up, the only ones are out lightyears away to go colonize, or are being built (iirc).
