The reason for the low amount of players with level 99 in Construction is simply because, mainly, it's a new skill. Though the huge money sink is another factor all together...

Yes, exactly the same... I'ved changed the haircolor a few times, and even added a beard or mustache, but whenever I change it, it quickly goes back to what it originally was not even a minute later...
