Yes. You can play is Vijayanagar (country in India), Ming, Morroco, Benin, pretty much any country that existed at the time. This is the world map in one of my games as Germany in 1716. The grey areas are colonizable (mostly, some areas in Siberia can't be, neither can the Sahara desert, or the interior of South America): [hide][/hide] A lot of the new world is just populated by natives (no country), though there are a few countries there that get gobbled up during the colonial era (aztecs, creek, huron, etc). And I shall play more yes :P

EU3 is more focused on the diplomacy, economics, and wars of a country, rather than single battles like TW. They're both great series, just pirate it, see if you like it, if you do buy it. I like it quite a bit. Also, new chapter up :D

Dress shirts, some decent pair of jeans, a nice belt (don't get a belt with some stupid logo buckle, you'll look like a tool), some comfortable shoes (pure white shoes are nice, but they get dirty, so keep that in mind), and whatever head wear you'd like. Tie is optional. Though I probably have more of a grungy/classy style.

It's not really that hard. The only concrete rule is the AIG, AGI? Whatever. That's how much money you have to spend over 10 years, and it's just your country's yearly GDP. Other than that, do whatever you want (within reason; if it's not within reason someone will throw up a hooplah, like Hex feeding his army with a species that's been extinct in his country for centuries).

The game? Of course it won't last 'forever'. Neither will your life though, so you should just quit there too? I don't understand your reasoning here.

Okay, don't bother posting here if every post you make is 'i cant play sry cuz its 2 hard'. The Greek Army catches Albania completely off guard. With the deaths of some 5 soliders on the Greek side and 18 on the Albanian side, all top army officals, the defence collapses. Greek rallies are held in the streets. Infrastructure unexpectedly increases by .1 due to extra supplies, trains and vechicles. Cost of Attack :12,600,000,000 Treasury: 100,058,000,000 Infrastructure: 1.1  You mean my army didn't suddenly drop dead from spontaneous combustion? Huzzah! Albania is annexed by Greece. (Peaceful) Annexation of Bulgaria continues. Ty :) -- Greek troops return to Greece and take up defensive positions (precautionary)

Okay, honestly Grim. What [bleep]ed up books have you been reading? Sugar as an opiate? The unconquerable Albanians? Nuclear strike espionage? Gahhhh

Well that was a very informative comment. It's like 5 in the morning. What do you expect? I'm staying up all night to fix my sleep schedule for school. Need to get a 6AM to 4PM schedule to 12:30AM to 7:20AM in 2 days. I used to try to do that, and I would just end up falling asleep at like noon the next day haha.

Yup. Funny thing he doesn't realize is that he could bully other countries around (like Iran for example), except the demands he's chosen were so outlandish that nobody would agree to them. I think you're just confusing the general conflict-ness of the Balkans with the ability to fight. The country you're never supposed to invade is Russia. Or get involved in a land war in Asia. What's the reason for that? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Game

Lolwut. What history book have you been reading? Albania has been conquered by the Romans, the Greeks, the Byzantines, the Ottomans, the Serbs, the Venitians, and undoubtedly a number of others (those ones were just off the top of my head). Yeah, pro guerrilla fighters hehe.

Anyway, at the moment the hegemonys fun, but it lacks a bit of the real world. One person isn't going to make a difference in the hegemony, anyway. We all like Dungeoneering, its the most popular thread in Falador Tavern. I was thinking, what if we combine the two? Maybe we could have tripwires, and guns in the walls so the only way to actually enter through a wall is sending a single man through a service tunnel and killing the guards by stealth? We could have fights, aiming guns and stuff. You could play as a single person within a battle, and you'd get a bonus I guess I'm not part of this 'we all' group. No. If you want to play Dungeoneering, go play that. This is Hegemony. -- Greece declares war on Albania. Roughly 140,000 Greek troops cross the border and engage the pitfully small Albanian army, which would undoubtedly be caught by surprise by the war (they have an active military of a little over 10,000). Anyways, Arch can decide how it goes. Undoubtably half my invasion force will end up dieing from a single mine and the rest will get dysentery, but whatever.

Greece withdraws its troops from Iran, and brings them back home. Annexation of Bulgaria continues. Project BA starts.

Not at the moment, no. I think you over-estimate the mobility of modern armies.

I'll let you guys do the dirty work. Like I said, I don't mind Hex, I think it's funny how everyone gets pissed at him all the time.

Tbh I think we are sick weirdo nerds or whatever that person I've never even seen before said. Quality observation!

Army cap is determined by logistics really. Sending an army of 5 million across the globe to go invade nowhereistan is going to result in them dieing of starvation. I remember you claiming you nuked my industrial centres, which was impossible since they were all on Yggdrasil and Holmgard, protected by defenses spanning across 20 light years. Haha
