  1. Hmmm, that could work. It would go back to being white, it would be friendly with Greece for a while, and Dusty would get a few billion in IAG as a bonus. That works. It would be friendly until they get attacked and I don't answer the call, or if the current government topples (which is unlikely since I'll be monitoring it so that doesn't happen). Basically, a lot of people don't like the whole annex fest idea, so this is another solution. The pay off isn't as much as annexing it, but it's easier to do. No need to, we'll just say they give a IAG boost of around 50-100billion to my country. Y/N? Keep in mind this region includes Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou, Nanning, and Haikou. And the Greek president reminds Egypt that burning cities to the ground would constitute a war crime, and in the Greek people's mind, an act of war against humanity. Yea, cause Iran & Australia vs China is an even match... And I think there was 5 actually. Germany, Iran, Australia, Kazakhstan, and the US.
  2. Because it makes my life more complicated...Lets go with an easier way. Dusty can decrease his own IAG and actually it all just belongs to Greece. You roleplay that disadvantage. Erm no. I don't want part of China, I want a Chinese vassal, or ally, or whatever. -- Greek troops begin moving into alliance occupied Chinese territory, with orders to prevent the destruction of the cities (seriously the world would hate you if you did that).
  3. Errr, how do you want that on the map? Just put it as its own colour, idk. I'm in the process of writing the next chapter. Can't flood with updates or people get overwhelmed and then fall behind (and then lose interest). Next update should be sometime in the next 3 days. A million anorexic half-starved soldiers aren't really all that scary. And why wouldn't vassalage be allowed?
  4. Not if he's given me the territory. Anyways, I see what part of China it is now. Greece grants Wu its independence, except it will serve as a vassal state of Greece. They'll monitor their own defenses, but will pay 1/4-1/2 of their yearly income to Greece. Their cities won't be 'razed to the ground', and any alliance members that try will be shot at with tiny metal objects propelled from larger metal objects. What. Okay, Greece finds 40 old battleships hidden in a cave. They're being refitted and will make up the bulk of the Greek navy.
  5. 20 of what? Ships? How have you built 20 battleships in like 5 years? Okay, that would we awesome :D What part is yours currently?
  6. Could've let me have a piece of the Chinese pie at least *grumbles*. No moar free Greek soldiers for you, Iran!

  8. Pff if it does we'll stop them at the hot gates. SPARTAAAAAAAAA
  9. HAHAHAHAHA Oh man that's so terrible hahaha
  10. Yes. You can play is Vijayanagar (country in India), Ming, Morroco, Benin, pretty much any country that existed at the time. This is the world map in one of my games as Germany in 1716. The grey areas are colonizable (mostly, some areas in Siberia can't be, neither can the Sahara desert, or the interior of South America): [hide][/hide] A lot of the new world is just populated by natives (no country), though there are a few countries there that get gobbled up during the colonial era (aztecs, creek, huron, etc). And I shall play more yes :P
  11. EU3 is more focused on the diplomacy, economics, and wars of a country, rather than single battles like TW. They're both great series, just pirate it, see if you like it, if you do buy it. I like it quite a bit. Also, new chapter up :D
  12. Dress shirts, some decent pair of jeans, a nice belt (don't get a belt with some stupid logo buckle, you'll look like a tool), some comfortable shoes (pure white shoes are nice, but they get dirty, so keep that in mind), and whatever head wear you'd like. Tie is optional. Though I probably have more of a grungy/classy style.
  13. It's not really that hard. The only concrete rule is the AIG, AGI? Whatever. That's how much money you have to spend over 10 years, and it's just your country's yearly GDP. Other than that, do whatever you want (within reason; if it's not within reason someone will throw up a hooplah, like Hex feeding his army with a species that's been extinct in his country for centuries).
  14. The game? Of course it won't last 'forever'. Neither will your life though, so you should just quit there too? I don't understand your reasoning here.
  15. Okay, don't bother posting here if every post you make is 'i cant play sry cuz its 2 hard'. The Greek Army catches Albania completely off guard. With the deaths of some 5 soliders on the Greek side and 18 on the Albanian side, all top army officals, the defence collapses. Greek rallies are held in the streets. Infrastructure unexpectedly increases by .1 due to extra supplies, trains and vechicles. Cost of Attack :12,600,000,000 Treasury: 100,058,000,000 Infrastructure: 1.1  You mean my army didn't suddenly drop dead from spontaneous combustion? Huzzah! Albania is annexed by Greece. (Peaceful) Annexation of Bulgaria continues. Ty :) -- Greek troops return to Greece and take up defensive positions (precautionary)
  16. Okay, honestly Grim. What [bleep]ed up books have you been reading? Sugar as an opiate? The unconquerable Albanians? Nuclear strike espionage? Gahhhh
  17. Well that was a very informative comment. It's like 5 in the morning. What do you expect? I'm staying up all night to fix my sleep schedule for school. Need to get a 6AM to 4PM schedule to 12:30AM to 7:20AM in 2 days. I used to try to do that, and I would just end up falling asleep at like noon the next day haha.
  18. Well that was a very informative comment.
  19. Yes :) For my EU3 aar (shameless plug): http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=469774
  20. Hellz yea my maps are getting better.
  21. Yup. Funny thing he doesn't realize is that he could bully other countries around (like Iran for example), except the demands he's chosen were so outlandish that nobody would agree to them. I think you're just confusing the general conflict-ness of the Balkans with the ability to fight. The country you're never supposed to invade is Russia. Or get involved in a land war in Asia. What's the reason for that? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Game

  23. Lolwut. What history book have you been reading? Albania has been conquered by the Romans, the Greeks, the Byzantines, the Ottomans, the Serbs, the Venitians, and undoubtedly a number of others (those ones were just off the top of my head). Yeah, pro guerrilla fighters hehe.
