Full Rune and a D scimmy or Long. Rune/Climbing Boots do well, Glory/Defence Amulet and an Obby Cape. Metal Gloves from Recipe from Disaster that should do the trick. Also, if you don't like the Fire Giants try the Experiments underneath Frankenstein's Castle. They're only level 25 and have 101 HP while the Fire Giants are Level 83 and have 111 HP. I guess it depends on whether you want EXP/Drops. For the experiments you won't need any food at all. They can't touch someone in 50+ Defence.

Fish stalls are a big no no... Believe me -.-

Thieve Cake Stalls or do quests until you are able to pickpocket guards then pickpocket them in Falador Square. Make sure you have your respawn set to Fally first though, so when you die you can just keep going. You can also do One Small Favour if you can and are willing to do it. A word of advice though, you may want to keep the cakes you get from cake stalls for future use :) .

A woodcutting Shop You can order here and make money whilst the order is being filled. You know, just incase you change your mind... You money hungry scrooge :-$ .

I don't think there are other general stores that are close to a bank that has the usual number of logs in the Varrock General Store so no luck there #-o . Also, if you were to look in most general stores in P2P you'll find the equivalent amount of unstrung longbows instead of logs. The only advice I would be able to give you is to buy them from other players and then make up the money you lost. Doing this will definately make Oak gathering faster but time you could technically use to make cash. Hope I helped :

I think the only thing you need to do is get them from the Brimhaven Agility Arena or buy them. I don't think they have any skill requirements at all. For a shield try one of those Harpy Bug Lanterns which you can buy from slayer masters and then light it, it looks really funny \ . For a weapon try white/black/yellow flowers or better yet a gnome ball =P~ . For a hat try a boater or a tan cavalier. As for your top, and bottom you might want to mix 'n match the costumes you get from randoms. If you don't like that you can always look to Wizzy (G) Robes :3> . GL finding a costume :XD:

They're crests which are painted onto either Steel or Rune Kiteshields. To get a family crest you must first get at least level 16 construction then speak to a person on the second level of the White Knight Castle. Once you have one, grab your shield and then go to a house in which the owner has a painting stand to paint your shield there. You can look for house parties or have a friend invite you over. Does the Conga in the Hill Giant Cave. Gets beaten up and ravaged by mutated rainbow bunnies with green serpent tongues. Bunjee Jumps off the air altar lands in a tree and meets Tarzan. Tarzan teaches him to do fancy swining in the vines of the jungle. He gets bitten by a wierd spider and turns into Spiderman. Using the skills he learned from Tarzan, he became the Superman of W1 Varrock trying to stop the scammer's siege... Yeah... you could say I have a colourful imagination. You don't need to complete the Dragon Slayer quest to be able to equip the BLUE, RED AND BLACK dragonhide bodies. I'm 100% sure as my brother's PKer is a 40 Def Ranger with 12 QP lol.

Level 6 Cave Bugs in the Lumbridge Caves are easy to kill and drop lots of guams and marrentils. I would suggest to kill those to level.
