My Fletch Cape: I wanted a better cape than the "I picked flax for 3 hours" cape (read: obby cape). I also wanted a 99 stat and fletching was quick and profitable. My future Mage Cape: I was 89 Mage when I started going for 99 Fletching and will be 94 when I finish alching the bows. Originally my goal lvl was 94, but then Dream Mentor came out with a super ownage spell at 96. I'm definately getting 96 for slayer purposes so I might as well get the final 3 lvls. Also 99 Mage would help me while runecrafting. Like 70% of your mage def comes from your mage lvl, therefore the higher my mage, the more tbs, entangles, and ice spells from nooby abyss pkers splash on me :D. Finally it would give me a nice +4 prayer cape for things like Aberrant Specters and it would be better than the Fletch Cape. Once I get this cape, my Fletch Cape will be in my costume room like forever.

Definately do RC to get money for some or all of the other 70s. 70 Agility is nice, I once stopped at 67 just so I could pot up to 70, lol.

Bump from the dead and got 88 slayer on an abyssal demon task. Unfortunately, last whip was about 7-800 demons ago :(.

I know how it feels too. I couldn't date until I was 16. I turned 16 and tried to get some dates. I got all the way to 17 and a half with no luck. At that point I decided not to date until i'm like 21 and a return missionary. The way I see it, dating in high school is wasting money on someone else's wife. As for your mom yelling at you, my mom unfortunately died when I was 13, so I don't know what it's like. She was pretty cool about my pc/video game tendencies when I was younger, probably because I couldn't work. Now my dad plays RS with me and since my mom had life insurance on her, i'm collecting social security money until i'm 18, thus eliminating any need for me to work before then. Good luck with 99 slayer, one level left and you can now alch and do all teles on lunar. That should speed things up :D.

Mage goal redone. I was considering getting Mage to 99 back when the goal was 94. Now there's a super ownage spell at 96 that i'm definately getting and since 96 is so close to 99, I think I should go for it.

ALL HAIL THE NEW QUEST! One of the new lunar spells is called spellbook swap. It takes 96 Mage to cast and it allows you to switch to either modern or ancient magic for one cast and then it switches to lunar. You thinking what i'm thinking? Alchs and teles from all 3 spellbooks on lunar ftw :D . Also the new logs to planks spell will save you a lot of money when you decide to get 99 construction. Unless you already have like 200k oak planks ready :XD:. I'm 92 mage and 75 herblore now *hugs mage pots and greenman's ales* lol. Edit: Plank spell is rubbish, it only turns one log into a plank. :x.

Lol, I was wondering about that too. I'm guessing lalala really wants to get RC to 99. For me, I think mage will be my second 99. Then i'll have the +4 prayer cape and won't have to worry about 99s for a while. The 91+rc, i'll use to mass produce rares and maybe train prayer.

Just got 92 Mage and can now cast Blood Barrage. 2 more levels to go :).

Time for the funny story behind this kill. I started the day alching at the world 2 rune rocks. After getting 4 ores stolen it was like, man i'm sick of getting ores stolen, I think i'll go kill KQ. First kill, BOOM, chain, screenie, post on tip.it.

My first drop was V Helm on 9th run. Barrows dropped in price a lot since then :(.

Straw: I used to use a DDS but I was super unlucky with the specs. Although that time it took only one trip, I think I hit 4 0-0s. Also if you use DDS and have to tele when KQ is at low hp, poison might kill her and you miss drop if you're not fast enough. And how do you avoid the guardians attacking you if you go to the center of the KQ? I usually have to move through the KQ to get the guardians stuck.

\. This was my 32nd kill. So far I have done 27 solo kills and 5 partner kills. I also got a D2H on kill 12(don't have pic). For this kill, I used a ring of life on world 2. Since I was on world 2, I used my house fally portal to quickly sell the chain for 15m. My current soloing method: While on a Kalphite slayer task, bring D Mace, Whip, Rune Defender, Black Mask, Verac Top and Bottom, Glory, Skill Cape, Barrows Gloves, Rune Boots, and Ring of Life to the KQ. Also bring a super anti and prayer pot. Super set up at shantay bank to bring 3 extra sharks. At KQ, activate Protect from Mage, Protect Item, Steel Skin, and Incredible Reflexes. D Mace spec 4 times then switch to whip. I stay as long as I can before teleing. For the second trip to finish her off, I switch to full Verac. I also re-super at shantay and bring 2 super energies enabling me to run all the way to the KQ. This helps in case of potential kill stealers. I usually collect potato cactus after the kill, but I was WAY to excited after this one to even think about it :lol:. One time I was able to kill the entire KQ in one trip using the Black Mask method. Drop for that trip was Power Ammy :(. I do not use wealth ring because I read from a KQ log with 1k+ kills that all it increases is rune drops :wall:.

91 rc banked. While selling some slayer drops in world 2, I was able to pick up 144k ess for 70 ea . I already had 155k in the bank, so now I have 299k. And I still have a lot of bows to alch, will use the money to buy extra ess to craft at 91+.

I also had lalala's habit of not using vertical pouches up to about 80 RC.

Shame on you for hating nechs :shame:. A nech task is pretty much guaranteed to be better than a whipless abyssal task. And you like gargoyles? I can't stand those things because i'm always scared i'll get a disconnect while guthaning and down to 20-30 hp and lose millions :ohnoes:. Although congratulations on not stopping at 85 like some people. If Jagex ever does a good 85+ slayer update, we can laugh it up at the abyssal demon campers that stayed at 85 :lol:.

Congrats on switching to lunar, you'll love it . I know I did, I used it to get from 70k to 83 slayer to 85 in 8 days. Only annoying part was when I needed to alch I took the stuff and nats to the altar, switched, alched, then switched back. Still it was so worth it to book it to 85 that fast \.

99 Fletching ftw \. Second goal achieved. Time to RC about 20k more nats and get 94 Mage from all the bows.

Nice, I also got my first DK drop ever today from my 3rd ever solo mage trip. It was a Zerker too, lol. My loot from that trip was Zerker, 50 Mith Ore, Clue, Half Key, Fremminik Blade, 6 Ranarrs, 10 Bones.

Updated with 97 Fletching. Due to a lucky d legs drop at iron drags, I was able to buy the supplies for 99 Fletching earlier than expected \ . Also I broke my record for fewest alchs to get 23-24 rune ore again. New record is 473.

It only took me 3 tries before the update with 67 agility \ .

Good luck on 85 slayer, you're almost there \ . 83 Slayer(well actually 70k away from 83) was the point when I decided to fully book it to 85. I used lunar magic, a cannon, and several hours a day with the lost city master. I got 85 Slayer 8 days later.
