  1. There was that one a long time ago - icant remember what its called but the guy is on bowling for columbine (i dont mean school shootings btw) I'm guessing you're talking about the Columbine High School Massacre... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbine_High_School_massacre But let's not forget the other famous terrorist attack on U.S. soil. In 1995, as some of you may or may not remember depending on your age, there was the Oklahoma City Bombings. At first, everyone suspected radical Islamic terrorist groups. Later though it became clear that it was an act of domestic terrorism... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oklahoma_City_bombing I said i didnt mean a high school shootings. But luckily the latter is what i was on about. The oklahoma city bombings - some guy that spent a while with the bomber was interviewed on bowling for colimbine

You don't think it looks like crap? edit: I have 3 pairs of shoes that I'd consider 'expensive' because they cost me over $100 A pair of hiking shoes from Merrell A pair of formal shoes from Dockers A pair of formal hiking shoes from Columbia And yet my favourite pair of shoes are $50 white Nike shoes that I've been looking everywhere for replacements. Just because they're expensive doesn't mean bleep. My friends paid over $100 for those expensive titled Nike shoes and they look like crap  The only thing they're paying for is the name. It's so sad. spot on.
  4. There was that one a long time ago - icant remember what its called but the guy is on bowling for columbine (i dont mean school shootings btw) I honestly hope you don't really think that... Hi. If you sticked your head out of your [wagon] once in a while, you would know it's not true. Christ im only joking it was just a bit of humour to brighten up the thread
  5. Not attacking Iran might be as big as a mistake as allowing Hitler to ever gain power in Germany in the first place. I think he means like a military descision though.
  6. I tend to disagree with it for no particular reason. I know you can round it up, but to me having two essentially different numbers equalling each other dosen't seem right. Is it just me; or can you essentially not get 1/10th of 9.99999... meaning it's void - or it mmight be just me
  7. How many are in the brightest 5 percent though? For all we know there may be like 100000 or something in that :-s
  8. You might not know this being so pig headed and all but Britain is running the south of Iraq and, although Baghdad will obviously have most of the insurgent attacks, there are a lot less comparing that to Basra which we are controlling. You just said there are the most insurgent attacks in Baghdad, but we have more in Basra. Which is it? less in basra i got confused becouse it didnt let me say comparison :? im so sh*t at putting my argument across on these forums

oh aye i havent had jammy dodgers for ages. Also at christmas my mum bought me these mints called "Uncle Joe's Mintballs" and they were proper nice.
  13. I dont see that as a bad thing as long as we keep our culture. We already have the single market which is pretty helpful and a single government thing would be kind of a good idea. I remember doing it in business but i cant remember what its called :wall: Im personally all for Europe as long as we keep our culture and the Sterling its all good. It may be a bit biased towards the frogs with farming subsidies at what not but overall I see the EU as good for britain. Of course were not ready yet for a single government but in a few decades or something it would make Europe another superpower (even though by the time it happenes China and India will probably more powerful that all of Europe and the US.
  14. nah cockney rhyming slang is completely different. I wont embaress myself by trying to give examples. haha i love cockney rhming slang its one of the only good things about the south. apples and pears = stairs is the obvious one skin and blister = sister tom t*t = sh*t ruby murray (not sure bout spelling) = curry struggle and runt = a very bad word
  15. Agreed. And apparently there is like a wierd shape of who own which waters there and its like a funnel shape where it goes from International to Iraqi and Iranian waters with narrow passage where it is half and half and if we were in Iranian waters they had every right to sieze them. Anyway it will probs all boil down to nothing and the soldiers will be returned safely.
  16. From what I heard on the news - they did have two people in custody over it :-? Or were at least questioning two men in regards to it (memory is a bit out of it atm - am a bit drunk :P) An aussie; drunk? I didn't think it happened to yoou guys youre such heavyweights. At least my cousins are that are from down under - i just cant keep pace. OT i agree that it should be postponed until next year one all groups are finished but with the same super eight. The only problem is people that may retire by then and stuff but i dunno really.
  17. yeh probably something to do with match fixing but it could of been a fan that was really pissed off. But that would be just as sick.

I hope you're joking. China has always been a major player in trade since the ancient times. Yeh mabie in ancient times but not over the past however many years while they were communist. Communist countries try to be entirely self-sufficient which means shutting out all imports/exports possible and it's only recently (past decade) that companies have been moving all of their production to China.
  22. yeah its starting to sound dodgy but the most recent news i have heared is that he was vomiting and sliped and broke his neck when he hit the sink, whatever happened, its just sad that cricket has lost him.

It's getting better though, fastest growing economy in the world by a mile. Something like 10% methinks. Guess who has one of the highest amount of sweatshops in the world? Still a bleep hole. Tell me when they get rid of communism and stop abusing human rights. Im not saying they don't have bad human rights and they are slowly getting rid of communism. They hardly had any imports/exports 10 years ago and now they have probably more than any other country on earth. And if there were no sweatshops the major US and UK companies amongst others would nearly collapse due to significant increasing cos of labour and this would affect you and I as we would probably have to pay twice as much for clothes and other services. Im not saying that it's right but im just saying that they make our lives cheaper.

That's pretty tight to say. They don't have acess to education so they don't really know alot so it isn't their fault. Im sure the whole of africa doesn't [assault] virgins either :? No, it's mostly army rebels and stuff that do that, I think. And you can't blame lack of education on that...It's kinda' common sense that a virgin doesn't have medicinal properties. It's reeeeeally bad over there sometimes, though. They [assault] babies and stuff. They're weird. Honestly, I don't think it's lack of sexual education that would make someone [assault] a baby. It's more like lack of common sense or any shred of decency. I know get what your saying but i bet that it's just a tiny percentage that have actually raped a baby and stuff like that.
