Interesting ideas. I don't agree with them, I believe some people just are darn lucky when it comes to drops, and I abide by how long I estimate it'll take me to get a drop. Good theory none-the-less, I'm not discouraging it or supporting it, just to let you know it's firmly in the back of my head. :) Bah, it'd take too much work if your method was real (on Jagex's part) to implement such a method.

You must gather your own materials if you wish to make any sort of cash with smithing. This starts to fade in effect once you hit smithing rune. :)

OOOnly 10.3m :-w You could try dharoking at ape atoll. Or, if you want purely defense, try mixing torags plate and legs with beserker and rune? Yes, it passes your limit by a lot, but it is awesome defense. Guthans will allow you to save tons of cash and time from food. I barely use food anymore.

Blue dragons in taverly dungeon for drops...not good exp though. Oh...sorry, didn't read that first post completly. I dunno what else besides them. Wait, got it: blue drag in heroes basement? =P
