Hi there, I'd just like you to know that we've seen this, and honestly I am as confused as you are. Leaving this thread open for now in case someone else come across this problem, happens to find a solution, or notices Jagex fixed it and is able to confirm the actual location.

Hi Shoukas, Welcome to Tip.It :) First I'd like to apologize for the late reply. As for the Elite page - it is currently getting a large compass clues update, so new information submitted will be added to my work in progress, and published when I am finished (this should be in a few weeks). Generally we also require confirmation of locations submitted to ensure those that we do have added are accurate. Since I managed to confirm the first location you marked, I have added it to unpublished version of the guide and credited you on the credits page. Could you be a little more specific as to which building you mean? If you happened to take any screenshots on location, those would be helpful too - Otherwise I'm afraid I'll have to wait until someone else comes along to confirm it. The process of writing a quest guide involves doing the quest and basing the guide on that. Of course we do look at other available information, but you have to keep in mind that going through every post in general discussion adds a lot of work to the process, and does not always have the use as it could have in this case. Everything we add requires confirmation, and to go through all information would further delay the quest guide's release. Getting a functional quest guide out asap is our first priority, and we appreciate user submissions to improve the guide after its release tremendously. As such, when things are posted in Website Updates & Corrections they deserve our direct attention. As All_Bogs noted, some submissions are hard to confirm. They do get noticed, but aren't always of such quality that they can be used. We are aware of the problem you describe, and are working on a way to make things go more smoothly.
