As it is a tad late for me at the moment I've marked the finished corrections in your post for now, and get back to the rest of your post when I have more time. Just to add some numbers to this, Air staves are about 250k xp/hr and 4gp/xp. It's really nice, how I went from 70-80 I went from 80-99 like this, was very nice. Took quite a while (months) getting the staves from the GE but I just had it as a permanent backburner project and eventually I was done. Air battlestaves are excellent. :thumbup: To add to the above, next to from the g/e, you can get them from a few shops as well. If you've done some of the Varrock Tasks you can buy staves from Naff (staff store in Varrock) daily. If you have access to Lunar Isle you can also buy some from Baba Yaba's Magic Shop (The 'chicken house' to the north of the bank).

I'd make that Summining, Prayer, Herblore, RC or Construction.... Possibly Mining (though personally I would consider that a waste). Looking at the OP's stats it would seem he enjoys Agility more than the above skills, and Agility doesn't take that much effort to level up as for example Runecrafting would. Up to you though, pick skills you dislike and/or are slow/expensive.

There's a section on luring them in our Tormented Demons guide. It doesn't specifically mention south, but the basics are the same, and it's not that hard to do once you get the hang of it.

You may want to check out this guide as far as equiptment, requirements and whatnot goes. As for the rest I agree with this post.
