Yes this will also hinder normal players but here goes. Skill Experience Caps. How it works is it puts a cap on the exp you can get in one skill per day. It starts at the level you started at at 00:00. (or if first day level 1) At level 1 its 100k Exp works like that until 30. When A formula kicks in.

*sigh* Defender, as I had said its the parents fault, if a child had mental problems and had started to show them at an early age (yes all children show them early on), it rests with the parents. Did games result in the matter of a mother raping her daughter? Most likely not, did they also affect the uncle with raped his neice? No. Honestly I'd rather have the 1 in 1 million chance o a killing related to this game than the game not reaching the shelves. I'm not saying I'd play this game, I most likely won't but I don't want the chance of others getting to play it ruined.

If you can suggest a way in which adults only will be playing this game, suggest it. There's no way you can stop the idiot parents who buy games for their underage children. I'd prefer no-one playing it than both children and adults playing it. So just because some kid may play it, means that you'd rather that the game be banned. Sorry I fail to agree with that logic. Because thats the same kid that grows up to shoot you in the head or someone else in the head. Get it short but not to short. Trust me if you like having your hair long, get it to about medium, I hate my hair short honestly so I've got certain sizes I like it at, I'm picky that way.

Erm non membs can only make Strike runes, not very good for pking. Thats the only offensive runes.

Man I hope that isn't their attitude - that seems like a very hit and miss sort of approach. One of my friends was banned for that, he was a nice guy, gave out lots of money. Lucky it wasn't as bad as that when I borrowed 2mil off a mate, or when I paid him back. Now I do unbalanced trades if he lets me wear his santa, heh, Jagex won't look.

I used to watch it sometimes, when nothing was on T.V, its not bad, but its not too good either, earlier episodes were better IMO.
