umm no. A suspected macroer can easily be a skiller. What your asking for a free stuff from suspected macros.

Top note: Elements special effects will work in wilderness, weakness and resistance will not. Was never that good at explaining stuff but here it goes. Factoring Elements into the game. There are 8 elements. Blood, fire, water, ice, smoke, earth, shadow and air (all which are already in the game). What I am proposing is a new spellbook that requires a hard quest (this quest and spells are members only, but Free Player can buy elemental stuff from members (up to Rune of course) and Ice, smoke, blood and shadow are members only) The Quest (Still working on this, will add) The elements themselves Well heres how they line up Water and Fire oppose (I.E Fire elemental monsters are weak to ice and vice versa) Air and Earth oppose Blood and Ice oppose Smoke and Shadow oppose. Bonus Effects All effects disappear after a while Ice. Chance to freeze opponent Fire. Deals fire damage over time (weakens over time like posion) Air. Enemy loses some defence Earth. Added str to opponent but massively reduced attack Water. If opponant is wearing metal armour it rusts it (loses some defence) Blood. Chance to steal some health Shadow. Lowers attack Smoke. Deals smoke damage over time. (same as posion really). The Spells Well after completing the quest, you have acces to the enchanter's spellbook (normal enchants and the elemental ones) Fire Enchant (level 30) This one works on bronze to black (and low level range and magic gear) Fire Enchant (level 50) Works on mith to rune, green to blue D hide and Mystic robes Fire Enchant (Level 70) Works on Dragon and 3rd age and Black D hide Fire Enchant (level 90) The Ultimate Fire enchant, works on Barrows (spell is removed when barrows is repaired) Same goes for rest of elements. The uncastable element This is basically Element X, all crystal items come with this as standard, only NPC's which use this element have some resistance to this (crystal shield offers a little resistance to it) Well thats it for now, I'll work on more later.

Ah yes, let them program it so that a bonus of agil doesn't work. That takes up room which updates could use and minimal server space (may be little but may cause lagg) We paid and we get a small bonus, get over it. Oh and I wanna really know if you are a rune miner, the guy in your avvy only has 45 fm.

F2P doesn't really need more bank space. Keep 2 sets of random that you like (Camo and Mime for me), armour you use (honestly I've got full rune and full zammy with scimmy/2h), you only really need 2 types of weapons, (usually a scimmy and 2h), keep food down to 2-3 slots and the rest will be stuff you need. Before I started using up my runes I had like a row left when I had my mage gear out. Going F2P from members, I though bankspace would be a problem. No problem really when I saw what I didn't need. (Kept 3 members items.)

This is untrue, it was never endorsed by Jagex. Someone wanted easy money - they published the book and called it official. Uh, no, sorry. That's not true. Okay. Luring is hard to enforce because most take place on a changed world OR happened over 60 seconds after the orginal convo. All Jagex would see is you going in the wildy with alot of cash.

You'll actually find its more like the ten year olds who do that. Only an extremely stupid 10 year old won't understand death. That was before it was released, they thought it would be like fox hunting. Serious problem which many feel strongly about. They added them for fun, they never wanted this to happen. Getting rid of them would make things alot worse. More likely it was the only way he knew to make money. Do you know how hard this would be to enforce? Everytime a player died in the wilderness then would report it as "luring" no doubt. Okay now this is rare, as people level they tend to mature more. I was insulted alot when I started and tended to only talk to people around my level. Now you can ask anyone on my friends list how I am ingame. Look at who he hangs around with, its usually that, not a game. My cousin steals and he's younger than that. (Okay he don't really know that its wrong) Thought I'd respond to parts of it which stuck out the most to me.

Just go for 60, 70 will be pushing yourself a bit hard.
