I think you have to do fremmy trials to go there and start fremmy isle. Basically low level you can just train on any low defense monster u want. eg flesh crawlers, chaos druids

If there is something that raise runecrafting by a visible amount, say 66/65. Then yes it should be possible, but there is no runecrafting booster that i know of other than evil stew from recipe from disaster. They are suppose to be a replacement for Pkers in old wildy. They are annoying and stupid and they don't drop anything good. I'm not sure if they drop really good things but its not part of a quest and not worth hunting for.

Try the RSOF? Maybe there is some people that is willing to buy it under the minimum G.E price (junk trading).

All rock crabs are aggressive for the first 10-15 mins when you enter the zone. You proabably stayed in the zone for a long time thus they are not aggressive and they will not un-hide and attack you. Solution, Move away from the area for about 1 minimap space and come back then they should be aggressive for the next 10-15mins again.

Have you done horror from the deep quest? If you did it then the dagganoth under the lighthouse is better. Another idea is if you have decent prayer you might want to go to the ranged type dagannoth in the chaos tunnels. Because these daganoths weakness is based alot on the combat triangle. Your melee will do very well on range type dagannoth but not the melee type ones. If you really have to do the water birth one, good armour and monk fish and you are good to go. Remember black mask too ;)

Prayer wise yes use 10% Range, your prayer will train 1 every 3 seconds with your gear. 25 prayer points per dose ( 26 if you get 72 prayer ;) ). You will last 5100 Seconds with that inventory ~1hr 25mins. I would say use medium fuse as you want to maximise the xp per hour there. You will throw at at rate of about 1 per 2 second, which means you will throw 2550 chins for that trip, or maybe 2100 chins for factors such as re-positioning. Yeah you probably can finish it in 2 trip. Maybe bring the monkey gree-gree for the ease of journey? Yeah you are pretty much right on track. Cheers :thumbsup:

You can do avianses to supply the money for chins, also getting range xp at the same time. And yes use void armour it really helps. Don't bother using Clay armour its not worth the 20 mins only to have it used up in 5 mins -.-

Maybe every other level, it'll have an effect, but on the off levels, it doesn't. You could use it on the levels where it does increase the max hit. C) Most people who this thread applies to will be getting a Torso in 6 to 8 hours. Not 2. Lets be more efficient and get a pro team : D) Wearing Torso just fails. Yeah, Bando > Torso Also, an increase in max hit doesn't necessarily equate an equal increase (percentage wise) in average hit. I don't see why it wouldn't Especially since we don't know the precise formula that determines how much damage you actually deal, + you need to factor misses, so your whole percentage argument is flawed as well. Yes the percentage may be off, even if you need like 300 hours to make up for the time loss, depending on what the player is going for, it is worth it. Bottom line? Same as before. Torso isn't worth it if the sole reason you're considering playing BA is "Fighter's Torso has better stats."

String Jewelry strings one at a time and xp is given for each string, so its like fletching. So you should string full invy.

Ok lets say may current max hit is like 35. I am training at armoured zombie and is getting 100k xp/hour. When i get another +4 strenght bonus my max hit hit increased to 36. Which means i should be getting 1/35*100% faster xp, which is = 2.8%. For the heck of it lets make it 1.5% faster xp. Which means i will get 1.5k more xp per hour. It takes me and my pro team 2 hours to get the torso, in that time i could have gotten 200k xp. 200/1.5 = 133 hours of training to make up for the lost time. 133 hours is 13mil xp, which makes the torso worth it if you are getting high melee stats. I don't see how Torso is not better than Adamant. Also it has more armour and looks better, and wearing adamant just fails.

If you are praying i would suggest you just take zammy brews, you just have to be more careful when antifire runs out because you hp will be about 50%. You don't need the super strength as badly as you need super attack.

But as you are getting the rune defender you are training at the same time, so defender is fine. : Yeah on the fact that you need many experience points to make up for the torso, then yes torso is not as good. (Unless you are getting 200mil xp combat). But overall-wise, not based on the point above, the reason to get it is if you are 45 defense and you want to hit 40-40 with dds instead od 39-39 like Bruno said.(Not sure if he said that but meh i cba to check :D ). I wouldn't get a torso because BA sounds boring (never tried it), and i has my bandos plate
