I saw a very sneaky PKing technique on a recent video. He cast Vengeance on opponent. And didn't attack back ( as if he was lagging). Then he get hit ( 0, 0 ,0 ) Then when the opponent hit like 34, vengeance kicked in, follow by a sneaky AGS spec at the same time. Kind of a luck thing I guess, just like Blitz + Darkbow spec

Umm.. if money isn't the problem then get the best range gear lol. For melee attack monster task maybe swap Torag helm and legs in or so. Broad-tips all the way! Weird question though =) For Mith dragons I guess 80 range will phail.

Try to crop the video as much to the "playing screen" as possible, so that the words etc will be bigger and clearer. Not sure on programs that can crop but Sorenson Squeeze can.
