Well all your computers and routers have the same IP adress cause you have the same network. Just use a proxy or you can use a IP changer, search it up on google. He shouldn't have to use a proxy to get on a normal website from his home internet connection. That's just going around the problem and not fixing it. Unplug your modem and router from the power source over night (may need to for 24hours). Then plug them back in and you should have a new IP adress if you have a dynamic IP from your ISP. Is there a faster way of doing it? and i wonder what is this Ip changer
