I don't like this idea. Its basically gives you a free network of unlimited, cost free teleports to anywhere you want, as long as a friend is there. If Jagex were to ever use the idea (which I wouldn't like), it should be at least a 40 minute wait time (Home Tele has 30 minute wait) and should be interrupted by combat and take a long time to cast, like the Home Tele spell.
