Ehh, why not using a zammy book? Why not using kharils/c bow? And personnally I get better results tanking in this gear: full torag, d shield, frd gloves, god cape, mage boots. You have a mage bonus of aprox -20, which is enough AND I have a def bonus of 300+, so I don't need to waste sharks and can do it with swords/monks all the way :thumbsup: you have a def bonus aprox 250 and the same mage att bonus! But I take way more gear with me, so I can only do one run. Other then the, the subject of youre guide isn't very original and personally I think leester's guide is better. Besides all those points, it's good.

If you want to use the specs good, bring a dds, defender and a (super) att pot. I mean one spec, which even has a lower change of hitting, against just a much stronger or a stronger bow, which is very fast. :-k hmm, let me think, which should I chose? I think I'll go for the powerfull bow with dds specs, you can use four of them and only one short bow spec. (If you can use 2, you must be killing him very slowly, which means you're doing something wrong)

I am the kinda guy you discribe here. And I've had a discussion about that countless time with friends/parents. And mostly we got to the same conclusion; as long as I don't sit in a little corner in the class all by my own OR only have friends with whom I can only talk about games/pc the whole day, it's ok. I have friends (nerds and no nerds) and most people find out later I'm only playing the computer whole day. Some make a problem of that and never have never spoken to me after that. But most people are cool to me and as long I have something interesting to talk about it's cool to them. So why do you have any problem with it?? On Topic: I don't know or I take it too seriously, maybe I do. Because I spend loads of time just training that boring skill, which isn't fun at all. Just to improve my rank on the highscore. But is that taking too serious? I don't think so, because the satesfaction I get from doing is it all worth!

I just got a clue after 6 Hellhounds in my task, so we'll see. :pray: But you were pretty darn lucky with all those clues.

If it isn't trimmed it's more of an achievement IMO, their are only eight people at the moment who have 99 prayer as only 99 skill. There could be even less untrimmed capes because of quit, etc. (Yes, I researched that by myself, I'll post the amount of untrimmed capes of the harder to get achievement capes soon. I hope, the research is going quite well) On topic: The herb or farming cape. I can't stand herb so that would be such an incredible achievement to me. And farming just because everybody hates it =P. Lol, I can remember when you said proudly, you got under the 1K mark in thieving. And that would be the highest rand you would ever get. You're like 600-ish now :D. Gratz on that BTW.

They are useless, are horrible weapons, don't look cool, aren't any kind of achievement, or aren't cool in any other way. So nobody uses them, plain and simple.

As said, is this usefull in any way?? I mean, this coule calculate the profit I make from one barrows run?! That's pretty useless, in the time I have to fill in a hundred runs, I could easily sell all the runes/rackets and do at least one extra run in the same time. And most people (at least I do) would rather know their profit after they're done with it, instead the profit for each run.

I did some research; if you would get 99 prayer immediatly you would be the 8th guy with his only level 99 prayer (if that's a good english sentence :XD: ). Just in the very rare case you would find it interesting to know =P. I have to go know and no time to save the names somewhere else, so I put the names of those people here. Sorryt o say this, but this must be on the most boring, repitive and slow way of makng money. I think just making nats is way quicker and that gives xp for a hard skill.

they cry like lil ***** all the time and it gets really annoying.... Like the lil punks whining about the clues... They whine and cry about jagex shafting them... personally i don't see the point of a pure acct if you have a main.. Time wasted gettin exp on those noob accts you can make one fairly decent acct... Why work twice as hard? Mostly, I agree pures whine a lot for no reason. But the clue thing is different to me. Why, you ask. Well, what if they're pure is there main. I mean I doubt if I can get 80+ skills on a "side" account. Also doing clues won't give them any kind of a higher ownage level in the wildy, it doesn't effect the wildy at all. So I think it's just fair if they could also be able to do lvl 3 clues. In fact, doing lots of lvl 3 clues on a pure account is quite hard already, even without the def requirments of the items. And I have respect for them doing that.

IMO you forgot some very important points. 1. The side step on Verac, this really help. (Stand on the south east corner of the coffing, let verac be just north of you. If you need to eat, move one space west, so you're just south of the coffin. Verac won't hit you here) 2. The (invisible) ladder safe spot. The laddes by which you enter the tunnels are still there even if you can't see and can easily be used as a safespot (although you may need some pratice on rats or something for that first). 3. -Less important- In the north east room is a safespot too; go through the east door and stand immediatly south at the first stones you see. The monster will stand next to the stones without being able to attack you. :D But besides that it's a pretty basic and decent guide, but to be honest not very much better then tip.it's barrows guide itself.

Very good guide, only one thing to add. How about; after crafting tele to edge, restock ess, go to the fairy ring on the other side of the river, etc. That's almost as fast as the abbyss.

Why wouldn't. My family is so freaking boring I always hate families days and moslty I don't go, but I have to; so probably I'll play a little less, but I'll deffenitly will! (Note: Chrismas in Holland isn't as big as in the US)
