  2. Huge congratulations! Seeing you're F2P only makes it better!
  3. Great idea, maybe you should cut off some of the enters, it's quite annoying if there are less then 5 guides under the hide option.
  4. Crysis > Halo There was an article in Popular Science about this, it was talking about how when the graphics get "too" realistic, to the point where they are almost human, people tend to look for minor imperfections and mistakes, or something like that. I've never seen (or heard of) Crysis. And it makes sense that they would do that. I mean, in runescape you're not going to say "That grass is too grainy!" when the grass is just a huge patch of green. You never heard of Crysis? It's coming out to PC soon and even the biggest fans of other FPS games admit Crysis is far superior graphically. I can't really even explain how awesome the graphics are, and screenshots don't do the game justice, you need to see a full motion HD video. Anyway, let me put it this way. -The game is sponsored by nVida (since you need about $2000 of their graphics cards to play the game) -The game is sponsored by Windows (since it is the first real game to use Direct X 10, which means XP users have to buy Vista to play it) -Essentially no PC in the world today can play the game at max quality. The makers predict that it will take two to three years until a store bought PC can play the game in it's highest quality. Oh, and good article, never thought about Runescape like that before. :) [/hide] That is an actual screen shot of the game! Crap thats good graphics! Actually, thats not good, thats insane. Woow! Is that a game! Looks amazing! OT: Lovely read, I even agree with it. EDIT: Found another amazing pic, it's kinda large though: [hide=click for pic!][/hide]
  5. How about reading all the replies before posting?
  6. North of Yanille is a mine, that's the closest to a bank (Yanile itself =P). But the quickest way is to go on lunar, tele to Khazaar (very close to the mine), mine a full inv, tele to cw of edge and repeat.
  7. If you plan on playing more BA (either because you're going to lose your torso a lot, or because you might actually like it), get a high heal level. But it gets impressive after you get 4 or 5, 3 is still pretty low. If you don't, just get your points. O and for defending, read the Runehq BA guide.
  8. Black chaps + vambs, leather body, rune c bow + zammy book, ranger boots, robin hood hat, glory and archer ring.
  9. No, it can happen any time, it isn't activity bound. Yes, you will gain fishing xp. The event is pretty rare though, I can't even recall the last time I got the island.
  10. And I just sold 4 seeds for 190Kea to someone else #-o, should have sold them to you.
  11. Looks likes something to catch fish with (a modern rod or harpoon or something).
  12. Can you take a picture with you wielding the spear? I haven't seen one yet.
  13. Gnome course till 35, barbarian outpost after that.
  14. Neitiznot is even faster! :o
  15. You must be kidding me! It's incredible boring, doing nothing for 50+ casts, *yawn*. Yes, you may get a thrill from the level of the monsters and the possible drops, but that'll be over soon, as they are no thread at all and the fact you have to do nothing for a very long time.
  16. Good Luck with farming! (You have to change your sig now though.)
