  1. Hold on to your blue charms!!! Seriously dont use up your blue charms right now, you will regret it a lot later. Use kent's guide it is useful not only if you want 99 summoning, just check it out, it is in the AOW.
  2. Dont touch defence and pray would be a nice start, trust me when I made my first pure I didnt know that I should lay off the prayer but I trained it either way. What I would do if I were you is train attack to 40 and strength and range to as high as you can. That would be a great start, then you can chose to train defence if you like to becoming a rune pure. But remember the essentials, your strengths will be your strength and range and train those to as high as you can take them. You may also want to train mage to get the extra mage levels I found that fairly useful. But most importantly I would suggest you start picking up the bones you get and start banking them, they will yield a fair bit of your income for now. Then I would suggest air running as a good way of making quick money and you wont need to watse time on training your skills.
  3. I havent tried pyramid but I can tell you how frustrated I was with barbarian, first the xp wasnt great, then all the failing got extremely annoying plus you needed to bank for food and the closest bank was the fishing guild if you did not use any teles. So all in all barbarian for me was  .
  4. A good solution is to take a break, if you arent interested in the game anymore, it is simply better to take a break. I had quit for over a year because I was simply not interested in playing but then I got interested again and started playing again. But dont force yourself into doing something you dont like, good luck.
  5. What do you mean by that? I am assuming you are talking about her last comment, just look at the poster's sig and hopefully you will understand.
  6. Well you could have permanently lent an item when there was no trade limit but the phrase "permanently lend" is somewhat of an oxymoron.
  7. I have tried meelee and mage on them, I found meelee to be far better. It might actually depend on your mage level as well, because I splashed quite a bit with fire strike on my pure. I havent tried range but mage was a real pain.
  8. I got hit pretty hard at 85 defence and mage in dhide.
  9. I would suggest saving about 3-4mil to spend on prayer to get piety, I can tell you right now that the amount of times I use piety that it was easily one of the best investments I made.
  10. How are you losing cash, even after using up pray pots and anti-fires (provided you have the levels to kill them efficiently), you end up with a profit from all the smaller drops.
  11. If you are going to be a member for only a month or so, train your agility as high as you can. The benefits of agility in f2p are invaluable.
  12. Well if you spend all your money on arrows, you will have about 20k of them. I dont know whether it is enough for powertraining, if you want you can always go to range minatours in the first level of SOS.
  13. I have heard that ranging Black Demons in Choas tunnels is very good charms. Other spots I would try are Greater Demons and Dust Devils.
  14. I would suggest buying as many bronze arrows and powertraining at flesh crawlers.
  15. Barrows only degrades when you are in combat. And Barrows + repair costs >>> Dragon. Trust me go with torags and sell the dragon junk.
  16. It's also awesome for cutting Teaks at the Village/Parcel:thumbsup: I just want junk  Then buy summoning pouches. There is no point to buying junk. He is trying to make money not to just stockpile useless items because he feels like doing so.
  17. I found using bronze arrows at flesh crawlers without picking them up and partially afking to be the best way to train range. The problem with spiders is you will get hit a lot, at 85 defence in d hide I was getting hit quite often so I ditched the place and flesh crawlers have been great for me since.
  18. More than the higher strength I would get the defence up ASAP, you will need decent armour to do barrows since rune just doesnt cut it anymore. I would suggest getting torags, its relatively cheap and also has a good defence, I would get a rune defender as well if you dont already have one.
  19. That I am not really sure on, I could swear it felt like more than 4 hours when I started to buy them. But i think I have heard that 4 hours is the limit. Good luck!
  20. I believe the number is 10k, it really is a shame because they are such an effective way to make junk but nearly impossible to buy in large quantities.
  21. Check his sig. I think flesh crawlers would be your best option but its been a while since I went from 56-60 attack. I believe I trained at hobgoblins behind the crafting guild in f2p but there are a lot better spots now.
  22. 17 super restores 2 Range potions 8 Brews EDIT: Some other items that you can use that would be upgrades would be fury instead of glory, and Ranger boots instead of snakeskin boots. Not items that are neccessary but if you have the extra cash it wouldnt hurt. Dont bother if you dont have the money, they are not really neccessary anyways.
  23. Consider trying fleash crawlers, it shouldnt take you that long.
  24. Veracs helm for Helm Blessed D'hide(I believe provides prayer bonus) for your body Veracs skirt for Legs Archer's Ring for Ring spot Otherwise you are good to go, I might suggest looking at guides, there are some pretty useful ones at the AOW.
  25. Why would you possibly not? He wants to pvp, ie. become a barrows pure. I went through the same phase 2 years ago, then I relialized that pvp was not the way to make money and I trained attack and defence. :D
