Try spending a little more time manipulating the image. Colourising an embos filter isnt really a photoshop sig, nor is just putting some text on an anime render... I can do that in paint. More brushing, more filters, more colouring genrerally just more manipulation. Use several layers and try some blending modes you dont need to do everyhting all in one layer, its not ms paint.

If you have been denied for everywhere you have tried, including your current bank account place then theres obviously a reason why noone wants to give you credit. Perhaps you have an irregular income or run close to the red quite often
