Voice communication hosting - Would cost Jagex relatively little to host voice communication (like we use TS3) on their servers as part of the RuneScape game. At first they could open it up for clans to try, and then broaden it out to the wider population if clans start favouring their version. They need to bear in mind that if they want to attract the runescape clanners back to runescape infrastructure, they need to start competing with the best (IPB, TS, Ventrilo). They need to start upgrading their completely stone-age forums to accomodate changes in times. They don't even have a quote function let alone signatures, personal avatars (not those boring runescape characters), or the ability to post clickable links (if only to quickfind codes). They could have signatures preview-required by a forum mod & only allowed to change their forum signatures once every 6 months. Same with avatars They should have closed off areas of the RSOF for specific clans, with access granted to clan leaders to administrate specific forums & decide who to allow to view etc. So many things that they should have a look at. Obviously they won't though, they're too busy catering for the 9 year olds who sneak onto their daddys computer to kill cows in lumbridge.

Depends on what your clan is based around. Most clans are based around PvP, however there are some clans which are purely focused on skilling and doing events about skilling.

Will probably take around a month for the cycle of... Rebellion/DK Close Rebellion/DK Mass join VR Rebellion/DK Mass leave VR and re-open Rebellion/DK Close ... to happen again.

Can make your clothes look like rune, good for binders tbh.

TeamSpeak 3 - Far more options for customisation of the server, for example, we have images for specific rank groups. Also voice quality is better, and permissions far easier to edit & more customisable.

Personally I'd advise you to stop solo dungeoneering!! It's far far more efficient to find a team of 5 people and just work together on large maps for 40-50k experience (soon to be much higher after this weeks update) in 40minutes. If you need help finding teams, try IRC or RS Forums, both good places to find good teams.

Always wished there were actual uses for skill capes instead of being just decorative / have a good stat bonus. Would be nice if something like this would happen.

With gravestones, people are pretty much able to risk whatever they want as long as they have somebody to guarentee on to bless. Even without bless it's possible to get back to some places to loot your stuff.

Someone will do it. :P I'm not sure who's the closest, but i'm sure at least eventually someone will do it.
