Figured I'd pull some stuff I have saved on my computer and post it for you guys since I haven't in a while. :oops: [spoiler=an acrylic self portrait I did about a year and a half ago] To make this I simply took a photo of myself, used the cutout feature in Photoshop, and painted the result. Easy stuff :P [spoiler=my "first" digipainting, done about 6 months ago] I did this for my school's yearbook. Our mascott is the jaguar, and the theme was detectives/top secret. I applied the cutout filter to the body as I thought it looked better. I say "first" because I was already experienced with Photoshop at the time and had done a few unfinished doodles, but never an entire work. [spoiler=an acrylic painting finished a few weeks back] This is a more recent work. I don't think it balances itself very well but I'm happy enough with it. used one of my photographs for reference. [spoiler=another digipainting; finished a few days ago] bit of a sloppy one. started from a pencil doodle of a homonoid creature. thanks for looking :)

Great first effort. natural ability shows I'd suggest using more colors once you acquire them - like adding blues into shadows, greens into the water, and bits of hue to make monochromatic colors more appealing. I like it :thumbup:

So before RS existed? yes on a serious note, the only thing I really miss are the memories themselves. It's hard to feel nostalgic when everything's different. I kind of liked no free trade though, as it didn't really inconvenience me. Now I'm running in to scammers and beggers and lurers everywhere I go; it's ridiculous. I swear it wasn't this bad before they took free trade away. /rant

Implementing martial arts into Runescape like the way you describe is just impractical and silly. Never going to happen, shouldn't happen, nothing worth talking about.

Too many effects/filters. It kind of dulls out some of the image, which is why there's no "pop" to it. I know you didn't finish - only giving feedback on what ya got.

Love your first one, dislike the second. Too much is going on with little variety in your new one.

Just remember, the foucs+hex don't work against monsters assigned, which aren't slayer monsters. (Eg, they don't need a certain slayer level to kill.) Thus, it will boost vs abby demons, but not black dragons. Lame. Where did you get that info? i think what stone means is that you won't get the bonuses from the hex or sight unless your using them on a slayer task. non-slayer tasks will not give u the bonus of the items. and you will get the bonuses on any slayer task. it doesn't matter if they require a slayer lvl or not. No, it will not work on non-slayer monsters regardless if they're your task or not. You can only get the bonus if you're on task killing a monster that requires a slayer level to kil.

It's been pretty chilly down here in Texas compared to last year's winter. Why, we actually got some snowfall. First taste of something besides ice in 5 years. I like it; beats the heat. :thumbup:
