Would be a pretty cool idea for one of the RSC 'Custom' Servers they mentioned. {xd} I'm definately agreeing with 'Law Rune'. Without them, I think we'd all be considerably lower levels in everything.

About a year or so ago I had about 7m cash and I decided to finally aquire that Red H'ween Mask I'd always wanted... No-lifed (literally, I hardly slept) for 4 or 5 days and sold my main stuff (not much, a couple million) to get up the cash (24m at the time) It left me with less than 100k to get anything... so I figured I'd sell it (made a 500k profit or so), get my training stuff back, and spend another few days at Green Dragons so I had spare cash after re-buying the Mask. The next day I got bored with Green Drags and went down into the dungeon on Ape Atoll, figured it'd be good experience... until I realised I was half way through the dungeon, poisoned, with very little food and no teleport... died with full guthans + whip and whatnot (only finally got the greegree back a few weeks ago too xD) Didn't want to let it ruin my day COMPLETELY so I bought a new guthan set and whatnot, and decided to train some slayer. went to my task at Abby Spectres, and took my Guthans to heal on Bloodvelds, had heard it was pretty effective method of training - until I went back into the Spectres room in full guthans still and was dead before I realised what was going on. Was before I'd done Ghosts Ahoy so I had to Varrock tele and run back as fast as I could - quickly got my energy pots n whatnot out and made a break for it - got there, picked up the important items as fast as I could... then realised that once again, I hadn't got my stuff to protect from Abby Specs, so I got killed again. As I popped up in Falador I realised "Your grave has been blessed" in the chat window... the first grave. I sprinted back AGAIN to try and just grab my Guthan Spear or something, to salvage the money I could - but just as I opened the door to get into the Abby's room, the grave dissapeared (was literally 4 or 5 squares from the door) So I threw away almost a week of my life to go from 7m -> 24m -> 500k or so. xD FML?

JageX said they're identical to their uncorrupt counterparts. So yes, they should have specials. Dragon Dagger spec'ing on f2p would be insane. :P

Where are safespots? Chaos tunnels? Baxtorian FallS Can access it after the Waterfall Quest. :)

Once you've done 'Priest in Peril' you can get to Canifis. As you'd know from the quest, just north of the temple there's a trapdoor to go through that'll lead to canifis.

I used to burthope metal drags tasks but when slayer rewards came out i finally did my first iron drags task. 3rd kill, drag skirt. Killed probably 200-250 now, without another drag drop lol.

Since the Tip.It Monster Hunting guide doesn't have any information on them, what's recommended? I'm pretty sure i'd get pwned at the moment but i'd like to know what i need to work for. :) I'd be Meleeing. Currently at 80 Attack 85 Strength 80 Defense 82 HP

RuneScsape? lol I play in low&Select features on my bedroom pc, high&select features on my laptop, and high+fullscreen on either of the 2 high-spec PCs in the office in my house. :)

I remember on a previous account I played for about a year and never had more than 280k, then I got banned for macroing and had to start all over again. I was dreading trying to make money again from being completely broke! Ended up making 4.6m in my first month on my new account through merchanting. Made 500k or so just mining iron ore (120ea) and used it to buy+sell into riches. I bought full rune (g) and had alot left to merchant with even further. Funnily enough, 4.6m in a month seems to be out of my reach nowadays. If I play alot I make maybe 700k/week, 1m tops.

Nice that you put that in, but one little correction from me; As a 19 year old that HAS dabbled in drugs from time to time, I'd like to point out they're not that expensive. :P Recent studies have shown that on average, around the country, a line of cocaine costs less than a pint of lager. :P Anyway, as to not make this thread turn into a debate against drugs, I'd like to say that it's a nice guide as a whole. Stating the obvious a bit in alot of places but still a good guide. :)

... why games necklace + varrock teletab when you can just have a glory instead? I personally use 6 monkfish per full invent of dhide/bones. And his stats are in his sig... lol #-o

I have spent 3 days straight at green drags before and (with the help of clue scrolls dropped) gained 9m. Which would put you up to 20m. :P So I'd estimate about 4-5 days tops if you no-life. Obviously less if you actually have stuff to do that week and can't spend 8-9 hours a day online lmao Personally I take Helm of Netz (50k), Rune Plate (40k), Drag Skirt (160k) and a whip (1.5m approx) I used to use a D Scim though when I was raising str, so that works too... I personally bank all hides+bones. Each invent is worth around 50k if you do, give or take a bit, meaning 20 trips = 1m. I've never took pots there really, only pots I've ever used there are the ones that I get from the Jekyll/Hyde random. I could go drags at 75 att/str/def and have very little problems, so you should be fine. MAKE SURE you take your anti drag shield, I've forgotten mine on one or two occasions. Glory teleport back to edge when you have a full invent. If you have any more questions, feel free to add me on "Sadistic Dan". My private is always 'On'. :)

I'm workin my way through a few quests today, and thought I'd point out a few mistakes I saw on the guides. A small one about Eyes of Glouphrie. Upon completion you recieve 6,000 runecrafting exp, not 8,000 that's stated on the guide. In the Troll Romance final battle, Arrg is level 171, not 113. That one could cause problems for some people, I took less food than I would typically need to against a level 171 because I was expecting to fight something 58 levels lower. I didn't die though, so don't beat yourselves up about it too much. :mrgreen: I'll let you know if I find more. :)

It's recommended you make do either wcing logs and/or crafting natures yourself... buying all the supplies is a pretty big loss.

I was merchanting one day, trying to sell some rune full helms I'd brought for a small profit when a pile of money appeared on the floor outside, I quickly clicked on it so my RuneScapian ran out there an picked up what turned out to be 200k lying on the floor. I went back in the bank to continue selling and some guy came up to me and asked if I picked up his money, I said yes and he gave me 50k reward for being quick enough. Some people are scarily nice! :P ---- Another time, I was running through Tzhaar because I was picking up some food from the bank so I could go to... well, I can't remember where actually! Anyway, just as I was running through the small mining area, some guy died right infront of me, probably not paying too much attention to his screen. He dropped 23 lobsters, rune full helm and about 500k coins. :D Was a happy trip to the bank for me!

Well I signed up a few months after RuneScape Classic came out, I played a few times a week for the duration of RSC and then when RuneScape2 came out, I quit until about 3 months ago. Within 1 month of being back on RuneScape I get banned for macroing (which I've never done), lost all my stuff, a good few years of hardly logging on gone to waste! :P Then I made a new account, and since I've had it (and the new challenge it's brought with it), I rarely go a day without logging onto RuneScape, even if it's just to chat to my friends a bit and scout around for some good deals! :) I'm hooked, it's mainly the social aspect for me, I mean, I started talking to a few random people one day while training, turns out one lives about 15 minute drive from my house! :) What're the odds!?

If they annoy you THAT much, there's an ignore list. Personally, if somebody seems to be a new player, and not just someone who's made a new account to beg (e.g. name set as "Zezima0105" "fr3stufzpl0x"), I'll add them to my friends list and talk them through various ways to make money, then when they've got the hang of it, we go our seperate ways. It's a much better way than "omg u r a begar u r t3h n00biz! DYE!"
