No harm done. Fletching is already a very fast skill to 99, slowing it down is not going to be that bad. :-w At least it can be comparable to other skills like fishing now, though still much faster.

I don't think so. I have found numerous shade robes on the floor which does not seem to have been dropped by p2pers. Maybe the drops rate are just extremely low.

Unless you are referring to forum mods, Pmods are more or less going to be in the game, so in whatever way you say they are still going to be players who are still going to "play" the game, will at one stage meet in game friends and develop personalities like you mentioned? In the end, we are back to square one where the results of hired and volunteery moderators are going to turn out the same.

If I'm not wrong, the purpose of the Runescape News forum is to discuss about new Jagex updates that are in the game. The trend I see now is that whenever there is an update, forum users would create threads in General P2P to discuss the new update, not just one, but many. All duplicate threads are locked as well. A tip.it mod/admin also creates an exact same thread in the Runescape News forum. The problem is, almost everyone flocks to General P2P for the update thread, instead of Runescape News. The thread in General P2P becomes more popular. In such a way, my assumed purpose of Runescape News is defeated. Why don't Mods that posted in such locked topics direct forum users to the exact same thread in Runescape News instead? :-k
