Whats the best way to eaern money on f2p, I havent played in 8 months and am starting with a new character. Could anyone fill me in on what i've missed.

Well, I made an upwards of 60M as a F2P player, so from personal experience I suggest.. Mining/Smithing, and Woodcutting. This is skillwise for money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you get a decent amount of money, merchanting is undoubtly the best method of making money. In F2P there are a limited amount of items, so you can easily memorize pricing on the main items, and be able to identify a good deal in the middle of a bank.

Well the best way for f2p to make money, I believe, is to smelt steel bars then selling them in quantities of 500 to 1k (in world 1). With the money you earn, try to merchant other worlds for coal and iron, in the sense of buying at a low price. Then continue to smelt and sell the steel bars for the best price in world 1. People will sell lower amounts of resources at a lower price because they know buyers will not purchase their amount at full price. When merchanting you have to be patient, fair, and carefull of scammers. GL

how much does clay go for to members?

in f2p, cutting yews is what many people/other non people people do to make money. Other ways include merchanting and pking, but i think yews are the best way. if you want more money making ways, become members, soooo many ways

Most people buy clay from 50-200ea(plus it is super easy to mine,since it spawns every second)

Try getting Yew Logs/Fishing lobs.

what is clay used for in members? i didnt think there was anything members could do with clay ftp couldnt.

clay is used to make tele tabs

just to make sure... soft clay is 300-350 each

Rune Mining - 300k an hour.

cut willows then get up to yews then sell thast what i did before i found out about merchanting i made 3 mil out of it.

i strongly recommend that you dont go after yews because the amount of autoers there are nowadays it's extremely difficult to get yews... :S. but if you want you can try it. i think making soft clay and then selling it to membs is probly the best way to make money but it's kinda slow. you just have to try a few things until you find something that you like.

I've never managed to get 300k per hour with rune mining =( always someone else there or red spiders own me,,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But i suggest mining clay and selling for members lol
