If they input that, everyone will have to get what.. 77 RC to do it? Whatever the number is. Mirr won't have is QP cape anymore :( I'd argue that blood/soul runecrafting will almost certainly come out as a quest, in the same way that deaths did. The ability to make the runes would not be a quest requirement - you don't need 65 runecrafting to complete ME2. You mean selling them to tzhaar rune store then buying onyx, getting trusted crafter to turn into amulet and enchant, then sell fury at a profit?
